Gambling on Gurgess opens up a whole lot of future trade options while retaining bye cover

Well Gurgess is certainly a gamble, but you at least get some cash to spend by bringing him in. Whether it is worth it or not depends on how quickly Brown can get back to full fitness - which is a bit of an unknown at this point.

I've got both, because I brilliantly bought Gurgess in the week before he got suspended.

Gurgess has spent the week off resting up on the beach at Noosa. Should come back nice and fresh. Could be a great trade in if he can find some form. Potential 18th/19th man to finish the season if he can bump his average into the mid 40's.

138k DPP HLF/HK would be great (Think he played a few games in the halves)

Then for Politoni to play 80mins

    Make this happen Fanhub

Ese'ese to Gurgess is going to be pretty tempting for me next round.
Close to a 100k cash grab and would give me a very handy third prop (fourth is I-Papali'i so don't want to run with two props if I don't have to.

A gamble but might be worth it in the situation I'm in.

I think the Milf cheekbone injury is BS. Someone suggested it to Chris Garry on twitter..

Same here. Though I'm considering dropping James Graham to get him in....not sure how I feel about it. Graham has been struggling lately....or all season really

Yeah the Blues! What a game! Fastest game of League I've watched in years. I think there was one incomplete set in the first half.

Wallace doesn't really look worth holding for his R15 bye. He's already in QLD camp so I expect him to come in for Game 2. Might gamble and bring in Merrin this week, get on those sweet price rises. Gotta hold Fifita after last night.

I dont see either Milford or Pearce playing but it wont effect Kodi's minutes.

    Benji will play 5/8.

I have Graham too and I'm giving him a chance to regain his fitness hopefully. Bringing Tolo into my team means I have to run with Hampton as one of my halves this week but Suli will become Munster next week so I will have SJ CWalker and Munster. CTRs will be shit at least until Hayne can move there next week and I might have to run with him there for a while. Slater will become Tedesco or Gordon and I think my team is looking pretty set apart from the CTRS

I wouldn't be surprised if Niko plays in the halves again. Last week he played hooker because Macca was out, and he was the next best option. They started with Waddell who only played 25 mins because Kodi wasnt up to 80 mins at hooker.

With Macca back I think its pretty likely Kodi would go back into the halves.

Courier Mail is reporting that Milford will definitely miss this week.

I thought I read last week maybe from a Broncos fan saying Bunji combines better with Bunt
