Sure would prefer if Bunnies (potentially Host) played after Eels (Carty *fuck you Brad Arthur and your shitty tricks*).

Cheers Shady, just had a look at minutes, thought Sua went off halfway through the second Half for some reason.  That's a positive for JDB?

It gives him more stocks, but need to note Dragons had 1 less interchange… that could be an influence

Francis Molo to return too in a few weeks

I don’t mind Host if he can plod 40s with Kolo out, will make easy $$

    Oh yeah, the Liddle/Mbye debacle.

Host a goer price wise, and only a small chance JDB becomes a Gun again I guess.

This really has been the year of the budget edge.

Is Host going to be worth grabbing if only playing 60 mins?

Tentative plan is Carrigan > JDB and possibly Carty > Manu if he's a late benching again. Very original trades lol.

Who are people keeping out of Loiero and Ekatoa?

EKatoa has a higher ceiling, but more volatile scores. Loeiro plods along nicely with a lower base.

BEs suggest ditching Katoa first, unless you consider him a kepper that you'll hold on to.
But think i'll ditch him this week and wait and see on Loeiro

Cartwright plays early so can wait and see before deciding to trade him or not
I’m expecting the Storm to go well this week I think I’ll just hold all 4 Storm guys and figure out moving two of them on next week.

My expectations are tempered with JDB. For me, if he can average 50-55 until the next Dragons bye and crawl up to 700k that'll be fine. Katoa plays four of the next six and JDB (without injury) plays all of them, so the trade kind of makes sense even if it's sideways. Katoa is a Lucy type though, who does have a 100 in him the week after you've traded him.

There's going to be a lot of marginal, bye-based trades in the mids this year, I think, as you try to work up to an optimum post-Origin trio of Haas, Murray, Yeo. Will mean using a few second-tier guys until Round 20.

Dragons still used all 8 changes during the game.
Thinking carty/Katoa to teddy might be it this week and hold out for a clear cow.

starting to wonder if i should lose Turbo, i know it's dangerous territory for instant trade regret, but he's probably going to have to go a few rounds down the track when he misses 13, 14 & 16 anyways and it seems like the niggles are starting to pile up, maybe a swap over to Teddy now that the Roosters have their troops back.

On the JDB topic, he had a much stronger set of forwards supporting him going back to 2018, when the pack included:
    Graham
    Vaughan
    Frizell
    Sims
    McInnes

An international, 3 NSW reps and their hardest working gun in McInnes. Even off the bench they had Ah Mau, another international with a huge work rate (PPM over 1 in 40 minutes that season).

His supporting cast is pretty minimal this season, lots more work to be done, when guys like BMM are just making up the numbers, not getting through work load.

If JDB is getting minutes, he is getting big scores in that team.

Agreed on priorities Krumpet.  Annie even wanted to go see Avatar 3D for Tight Arse Tuesday when it coincided with the first round TLT.  SMH.

It’s a 4 forward bench mate. Tatola back in 1/2 weeks as well.

I expect Arrow in the second half to spend some time on an edge too and Jed can also play edge.

I think Host will get around 65mins personally maybe 70 some games but I don’t think he plays 80.

For my team I can just go Carty to Manu and hold my 4 Storm blokes this week and look at Loiero to Cheese next week and Katoa to Hudson Young or get Hopgood back in.

Or I can just go Katoa to JDB… what do you reckon?
