    Stimson has job security until his opposing EDG waltzes around him untouched and the coach realises he is a liability in defence, as has happened before.

    That Clarkey fella simply reposts articles and links doesn't actually form his own opinion on that sorta stuff. Not degrading him at all because I find his page very useful with keeping upto date with NRL news, but he isn't the actual source here, it would be an article he's read which should have it at the bottom of the photo

    I got Cheese as my main hooker so I'm thinking Suaali'i to Thompson and Cheese to Robson

    I agree with this, come round 4, when all the Roosters we have in our teams mean people are playing AKP, Katoa and Talau off their EMG, in addition to HSS and Alamoti in the team and we are going to see some really low scores.

    Less of the "our". Not all of us started with eight base pricers. No prizes for this, but I and a couple of others point out the pitfalls of that strategy pre-season.

    Is getting rid of Suaali'i simply to get Robson? Because with the centre position so shite I'd say he is a top 4 centre option this year.

    Also, Thompson isn't guaranteed a spot in that rabbitohs side. Milne has been picked in front of him. Why would that change when he's back?

    Kenny would be only worthwhile midrange option in trading a cheapie but has bye next week and rotations with Luke could change

    Think Robson could be a keep all season as byes are R15 (only Cowboys), R19 (major bye), R24 (only Cowboys)

    I'm doing something similar mate. Already have Ford so keeping Egan. Suaali'i to Thompson instead and Cheese to Robson

    Yep it's to get Robson because I only have Cheese/Boyd. I could do him to Hammer and pick up Mahoney

    Hey yall hope Hope everyones had a great TLT, What do we think of these trades?

    Garner -> HTF
    Cheese -> Tohu

    Original plan was to run with 2 base price centres for a while, but with HTF looking a steal and Bird named at lock thats potentially 50 points im losing, so am bringing HTF to close that gap a bit.

    As for Tohu, I has the luxury of running 1 gun mid to start the year so I could scout out options and Tohu looks the best of them and hes at a discount so seems a no-brainer.

    I like them think they are sensible I’m not certain HTF will be consistent, just based on past indiscretions, but he looked great on the weekend

    Fingers crossed!!

    Wilton with 8 missed tackles is wild. Averages 3 a game when playing 80 minutes in the 2nd row.

    Take 5 off and that’s a 60 point game, I mean not amazing with a try but pretty good for 540k

    Not sure where Sadrugu has disappeared to, not listed as injured, not in NRL team and not in QLD Cup.

    Its occurred to me I can get Wilton with 1k to spare.

    Would mean Wilton + Thompson in, instead of Carty + Walsh.

    I kind of like that move more, but the first could pay off. For all we know Thompson holds his spot.

    Who you looking at trading out?
    I don't mind the second option.

    Bird, HTF
    (Turbo), Miller, Warbrick

    Boyd, Ford, Trindall, Cartwright
    Thompson, Doorey, IKatoa, Alamoti

    Six base pricers there, which is above my ideal but
    managable. Trindall and Carty will need to go within next month but hopefully they've done their cash cow job

    Fine with holding Alamoti and Katoa for a few weeks. They have roles and decent job security. They're teenagers in first season, let them bed in. Hoping not to have to play them though.

    *edit* No reply then. Only interested if it was bad.
