Autofill is the ultimate guns+ cows

It gives 8-9 min price players (whether they will play or not) and then stacks the rest of the team

Had Tino but have Fifita so went Tapine instead. Have money for Haas instead of Tapine. Not sure on last big Mid. Have Carrigan

Only two different from my starting team.
You: Murray + Carrigan. Me: Tapine + Doueihi. (Tapine could change though)

    I think I have room for 2 of Tino/Haas/Carrigan/Fifita

(I guess you could throw Tapine in there, but IMO he is a clear 5th choice and doubt I'll get him)

Trying to weigh up points/cash/bye potential

Liddle may be a great shout, really high on Tino too. Might take him over Haas to start the year just for abit of variety

Lane + Doorey are the big minuted EDGs. For those who have been following the Eels this has been a consistent message all off-season

Matterson is now considered a MID (as he was across most of last season) nothing has changes there. That is where he is most effective.

Carty is trash and not much of a team player. Like Nathan Brown not high on the priority list
If this is true, and Matterson is only a MID, in 6 weeks at EDG with a 45 average (capable of more), Carty will make more than Doorey even if he exceeds his average as starting EDG and hits 35 if you held him to the first bye. Creating fast cash has value.

Just go with your gut. Both have potential. Its likely both will do OK. Nobody here can confidently predict which one will be better. Its all just educated guesswork.

108k is the perfect amount imo. Option b or c. Personally leaning EButcher and Katoa over Garner and Wilton, so probably c, but the others should go okay if you prefer.

If 108k is the perfect amount, I’ve done something right to start the year. Happy days!!

    Taumalolo 630K 43BE

Any chance he can get back to his 2020 form? From memory he has carried a couple of injuries over the last two years. 2020 saw him average a monster 63.7 ppg. Granted his minutes back then were 63mpg compared to 54mpg last year, he still had an average of 59.3ppg when playing between 50-60 minutes.

Really struggled last year at times (fantasy wise). With the Cowboys back to being a top 4 contender, and Gilbert moving on I can't really see anyone on that bench taking too many minutes away from him, so maybe his minutes might bump up again this year.

Between 150-250K cheaper than some popular picks like Tapine, Murray, Carrigan and Haas... He could find his way back to that upper echelon of players.

Will do my best for you mate!

Tossing up Doueihi too for more HLF security - but if you told me 'You can either have Doueihi or have Haas for only 30k more' in any scenario, then I'll be picking Haas

If you look at his stats he is also capable of a lot less. Especially if he gets hooked for Momoisea or Murchie. The Eels have a lot of forwards on the bench.

I can see a strong case for picking him.

But I probably won't. Maybe more SC relevant given he will be more attacking stat dependent.

That implies Carty plays 80 or even +60 for 6 weeks and after BA video I'm not so sure

Currently have carrigan, haas, utoikomanu, Gilbert and stone eligible for FRF.

Should I change haas/cardigan to tapine? Originally had him in for haas but got worried when he was named at prop. Not sure whether to be more worried about two broncos or not having tapine.
