From what I could piece together, Salmon was probably some asshole bully when he was 12 and he picked on Ricky’s autistic kids. Obviously that is going to get your dander up as a father, but also- holding such a deep grudge against a 12 year old boy for over a decade is the most Ricky Stuart thing ever.

If someone schoolmate or team mate's Dad is still thinking about that and hating me for it 12 years down the track I think they're the ones that didn't improve their character.
Exactly something a weak gutted dog person would say

So Salmon won’t be playing at the Raiders anytime soon?

There’s going to be about 3000 Fantasy team names referring to weak-gutted dogs or this incident more generally next season.

Has been some sensational use of the english language of late. Apart from 'Weak gutted dog' the Allblacks are also 'Festering pus & infection'.

Honestly, it's a beautiful thing to see the All Blacks in shambles. Well overdue. So many NZers going through the kind of spiritual crisis that we all went through when the Australian cricket team transitioned from unbeatable immortality to just being another team.

The real crime is his parents named him Jaemon. What chance did he have.

Easily my favourite insult at the moment.
I'm probably rolling it out at every second work meeting currently.

Player a three man Ambrose comp over two days at Narooma on weekend. The Sunday was fulll of ‘weak gutted dog’ insults being thrown around after fluffed chips and shanks.

Yeah I'm all for it. Probably the best since Mal and the rats and filth. Those green machine legends were also poets, who knew?
Trying to find a situation to work it in my life, but was off work yesterday and thought better of using it to the wife and kids.

Lachy Ilias didn’t train today (back and glute) but should play. Izaac Thompson trained on the right wing. Hame Sele trained well. Siliva Havili trained, looks ok. Campbell Graham trained in pink rehab bib but looked ok. Tom Burgess out v Eels & Jed Cartwright is another 3 or so weeks away.

The NRL is set to play its longest season ever by starting next year’s competition a week earlier and giving each club three byes over the course of a gruelling 27-round regular season.
Under an NRL proposal, the first match of the season could start as early as March 2, with the competition running until the traditional grand final held on the October long weekend.

I'd forgotten about rats and filth - again another classic.
Potentially you were too quick to write it off in the home situation?
I can think of a number of scenarios where I could roll it out to my advantage, especially with some of my teenagers....
Me: Any chance you could take the rubbish out mate?
Son: Sorry Dad, in the middle of playing the xbox
Me: Mmm, I have had history with you kid.
Son: What the hell are you talking about Da.....
Me (interrupting son): You were a weak gutted dog as a kid and you haven't changed now.
Assume son then goes and takes the rubbish out.

It's only one week longer, same amount of matches?
