And he'll be worth it I'd say. Qld and Aus number 6, will be a good pick up but unlikely I'd say.

Still recovering from injury, might be a late inclusion this week. We need him back and quick.

Maybe Parra will finally dump some of the dead weight and pick some rookies now. Having said that i dont trust BA to make those calls, he left Niukore on the bench for most of the game when they were down 2 players already. Surely when Mau moved to centre he should have played the game out at 2nd row with Brown playing the rest at lock with Terepo Alvaro Matagi Gower rotating in the front row.
Smith Hoffman Terepo Matagi MJennings none of them should be in the team next week

Mate, we'll be lucky to field a team next week the way we are going with injuries, I imagine all those guys will be there.

I just can't believe both our Hooker and our 6 had zero runs for zero metres. You just can't win a game if that is the case. Arthur should be instructing his hooker, whoever it is, to run at every opportunity. And a 6 not running, that just isn't good enough from Gutho.
Origin 1 will be won by the team who's hooker and 6 clock the most run metres, I'm sure of it. Those guys with the ball in hand MUST threaten the line, otherwise, the defence just Man up and easily pick off the attackers.

injuries didnt help you guys, but far out parra's attack is dog shit.
The refs helps newie out a bit too last night, and rather than taking the bronco route and justifying the calls - ill admit we got a few good ones. But fuck it, its nice to see my team get a few good calls for once instead of being on the other end of them.
at least hayne will go back to fullback now when hes back, if he comes back.

I'm not sure anyone has ever called him the best coach ever. I'm a big fan and remain so.
He hasn't had his first choice team at his disposal all year, the players keeping dropping the ball, that's not on Arthur, I'm confident he is the right coach for us and is a quality coach.
If we were to dump him now, it would be a disaster. He is just about the only good thing about our football club a team the moment.
Still,he has a lot of work to do, but he is calm and composed and maybe might need to make a few tough calls re players before the year is out.

Yes it is, compounded by three of our best four attackers basically not there last night and our 1 and 6 not running the ball.

exactly right. thats what was so ridiculous with the napa binning. you very very rarely see guys get binned for high shots or shoulder charges, then he gets binned for an accidental head clash. Crazy. Moreoa did a shoulder charge AND it was high. Absolutely ridiculous.
Ponga need to stop using himself as a missile in last ditch efforts to stop tries, hes going to hurt himself doing that one day.

I've often wondered what they're meant to say when the coach really does have the full support of the board?

Reading it, the context did sound genuine.

Also in order to have the full support of the board surely the board must have discussed you. Why are they discussing you if they all support you?
