No Lomax all season. Refused to bring him in after fluking tries early season and using that as an excuse. Would of saved 5+ trades getting him in CTR

Trading in Milford mid season expecting a return to form after dropping a boat load of value

Trading Tolman out for Klemmer after his first game on the bench and seeing him on the bench again. He scored like 50 odd off the bench then averaged above well above 50 and easily outscored Klemmer

Picking Moses over Cleary because of Parra's piss easy early schedule, which after round two became a difficult schedule.

Not sure what I can learn from those mistakes unless there's another pandemic, but made plenty more mistakes trying to correct them and burnt through trades in a damaging way.

Picking DWZ as third WFB for some reason I can't remember.

Averillo probably a dud especially as I got him over Lomas

Started with NBrown. Traded after the 2 low scores and he got injured. Traded him back in for round six which he then got suspended or injured again, so I traded him out again and he beasted it the rest of the year

I can beat that. I also traded Leilua to Crichton the week Leilua tonned up and Crichton got injured. The other half of the trade was Mann to Wakeham who was dropped. You could argue that the first half was unlucky. Leilua had seemingly peaked and Angus, a genuine gun, was genuinely gunning it. Mann looked to be peaked. And Wakeham was a punt which didn't pay off. No one could really foresee a Leilua tonne and many were trading him out. And you can't help injuries with Crichton. No one expected Mann to do well as he was doing and it seemed temporary and seemed set to start losing money. Obviously I knew Wakeham had poor job security.

So yeah I was unlucky, Crichton being injured led to me being short when Matterson was a late out etc etc.

But it's ultimately not bad luck. My trades were poor. ALL trades need to be considered on their merits. With ALL trades, you need to consider both sides of the trade: do I need to trade this guy? Is the guy I'm trading in really necessary? Do I need to trade at all?

I think my actual biggest mistakes were chasing fixtures when I knew it was wrong move (Flanagan, JFH, Bateman)

Yea that is just gross luck mate. I never chase fixtures, never worth it

Was on Manu to start season years ago with a wild Roosters opening draw, absolute dud and sure he struggled to get over 30. was shit until mid season then morphed into the beast he is now
