TMM is a young gun at the Panthers who will most likely get a game this season if Soward or Wallace go down injured. Gus rates him.

Do you think you will get that much value out of Packer?

What is the likelihood of Rochow getting 80 minutes? What is the make up of the Knights pack, anyone?

    Who is Mairie Martin?

I'd take a run and guess at Rochow, Smith and Tapine to start the season with Sims replacing Smith in the run on if Tapine enjoys a decent start to the season

Under last years pricing system players that hadn't played a game the year before were priced at 146k so I'm expecting that from Packer, Edwards etc.

Rochow should get 80 will Sims is suspended.

Definitely intrigued by Rochow to start the season. Has all the ability but minutes will be the key

There are a lot of guys who played zero or little football in 2015 that week be in a lot of teams if priced the same as previous years.

Gutherson and Auvua'a the main 2
Packer, Edwards and guys like Zeb Taia might be auto picks too depending on price.

Ran a few superleague guys through some pricing formulas last night and they were all well over priced for ability. Whitehead would be one of the most expensive in the game if its directly based on superleague

The prices renegades have just predicted are considerably higher than the ones on here, even given an increase in cap. Hard to make a good team. Lot of guesswork involved though.

However they give Sam Burgess a 30% discount on 2014 scores, which makes him a lock.

What program are you running super league prices through and what caused them to base off higher prices.

Oh and how did Joe Burgess rank up on your breakdown?

Renegades have more inside info with FanHub then any other group. Our resident bovine and MS are normally on the money though, so who knows.

If it is infact harder to make a good team to start then that can only be a good thing in my opinion.

    Agree

You should start out feeling like you are Newcastle and work your way towards becoming the Broncos

Yep. 2014 was ridiculously easy to make a gun team. I thought the prices and cap were a good balance this year.

Soliola didn't come over based on SL scoring did he? Would of thought whitehead comes in at around the same price perhaps more towards the $250,000 mark!

Maybe they factored Soliola's previous NRL scores into the price? IIRC Hodgson, who came over with no NRL experience, was quite a bit more expensive than Soliola when if it was just on ESL stats the opposite would have happened.

If they do it that way then it'll make guys like Paea and Taia more worth looking at than Whitehead and JBurgess.

Soliola was rookie priced wasn't he but can't be sure to be honest.

perhaps but Soliola was a key player for St Helens before he joined Canberra he was well underpriced, hodgson was Hulls superstar and one of the top players in the SL, coming over to Canberra playing hooker with not much competion I think he was priced more accordingly TBH I think they just pick what they want, I am of the thinking that the SL is no where near the NRL so any player coming over should be priced just above rookie pricing
