Ted on his own keeps the tigers in finals contention, much like hayne at the titans. When ted gets hurt (i hope to god he doesnt because he is just brilliant to watch) and misses 6-10 games they will lose just about all of them and then just miss about on the finals as usual.

I have no funking idea how we are constantly over the cap when you compare our roster to some other teams. I get the fact TPA's are to blame but I was under the impression TPA's were capped otherwise rich teams could buy a premiership. Our Uncle Harry apparently contributes 1 million dollars a year to our TPA's but it never seems enough. How much are we paying our fringe first graders? I wish contracts were transparent.
On Simona, there are rumblings that a swap deal has been done with the Titans and we are getting Zillman in return. Expect an announcement soon

I always thought that TPA's couldn't be more than a certain percentage of a players cap wage, but Im not sure.
It's crazy hey.. guys like Kev and Nofo much be on shitloads...
On paper, besides 4 or 5 blokes, it is a shocker of a roster - Its crazy to think that those blokes are taking the club close to or over the cap limit.
After tedesco, Simona is their best outside back - I dont understand why they would let him go and keep guys like Kev/Nofo/Rankin

Lawrence took an unselfish paycut and is now on 300K
If memory serves me correct Woods was on 400K
Farah is still on books for about 750K
Siro is still on the books
Ballin is only costing us about 200K apparently
Idris came cheap
So the rest of the plodders must be getting some serious coin. I don't know why because they ain't superstars

NB. You are missing 4 players to =25. At minimum wage that's $1.5M. At just $100K that's $2M. That only leaves you $1M to spread across your plodders so they are on more than $100K.
Admittedly I've done some rounding and there is obviously still people on overs and poor cap management, but this is a realistic side with a $7M cap, with the exception of 1 more superstar or a couple of $400K workhorses to make up for Siro & Farah.
