Widdop was a star at fullback for England wasn't he. Probably right he starts at fullback

How may dual position players should people be aiming for in their starting 21

Opinions vary but I don't think there the be all and end all. 1 or 2 WFB/CTR and 1 or 2 FRF/2RF for me

widdop and hunt were such a good combination last year. and Widdop got five-eighth of the year last season. Why would you change his position?

Widdop and Hunt could still combine well but I see your point. I don't really know why they got Norman

There was a lot of discussion last preseason about this. My lesson based on last year at least (the first year they had the reduced squad and open bench) was that you need some cover but you don't need to go crazy about it. Luck will screw you so that you always need to make a trade and the open bench means you can trade that player for one in the position you need. So have cover but dpps don't interest me as much as it might. This year I'm more about each player on their merits rather than coverage.

I agree, but not good enough apparently. And Widdop goes really, really well at fullback. And now given Widdop is leaving in a year, it gives others like Dufty to develop.

I will be having at least 1 WFB/CTR DPP. Probably just a rookie. I can't remember which chump I started with last season but it saved me at least 2 trades not having to waste them on 2-3 week injuries for the sake of a few points.

My original rotation had glenn and fifita but someone correctly pointed out that one of them would probably make way for a middle forward. Are there any other middles that are pushing? Broncos don't seem to have much depth in the middle

Carrigan is close. Then theres mago, and flegler. Obviously none of these guys will take big mins. Carrigan is very highly thouhht of though.

I still think Sua will start the year on left edge with fifita on bench. But then theres Glenn as well. Hes no star, but its hard to imagine him playing ressies

Ah StuDogg, I've seen you lurking. I would agree a dpp WFB/CEN would be ideal. It seems to me that with the likely cows available, you would have nearly all the coverage you need in the other positions anyway.

He burned a lot of people when he started last year including me. Not really fantasy relevant even if he starts and he won't start with Sironen back.

I haven't had much to contribute as yet haha once I read all the posts to catch up anyway. Those minute breakdowns have been a great read

Priced about 23 as far as I can tell. Averaged a pretty shit 35 from four games of almost 80 minutes. Borderline cash cow if playing 80 minutes. But there is nearly zero chance he plays 80 minutes on an edge with Sironen back. I of course brought him in last year, but like a lot of my duds it was getting injured that fucked it.

Mate by kick-off round one, half will be gone. But don't fear more will emerge. Plenty of time and trials for injuries and fuckwits disgracing themselves.

Not sure if it is his personal attitude or coaching/team but Dufty was dead set lazy for the whole season. I started with him last year and I think he had around 8% Ownership at most from memory. Played a couple of pearlers Fantasy wise, but was in general terrible.

He was hot and cold to start the year and then I remember him doing an interview with Fox just before a Round 4 or Round 5 game and he was saying how he had to keep stepping up. Bloke went on to have 2 or maybe 3 touches in the first Half Crying or Very sad
