LORD of the BYES - Round 15 Results
================================
With such a tough week, many teams struggled to field a full 17 players. Still, where many struggled, plenty thrived and saw a big gain in ranks.
Unsurprisingly, the top 3 all scored over 900 with Papadontbleach making the biggest gains.
It was also enough of a leap for Papadontbleach to jump from 7th last week into first place for the biggest rank improvement.
The relative rank improver leaderboard shows the percentage of teams ahead of each team prior to Round 13, that they have managed to overtake.
Well done to robelgordo who now tops this table as well, having overtaken nearly 88% of those ahead of him.

Playing 10 players in the first week of LOB doesn't stand you in good stead in this comp. Hopefully R16-19 helps improve things

I had a good week last week due to a little bit of luck. I'm going to need a lot more of that this week. Thanks again ET, it's nice to see my rank rise thus far.

LORD of the BYES - Round 16 Results
================================
The second major bye is now complete, with only one to go.
the_great_wobbler and 2022 Lord of the Byes DarkKnight hit top form with 880+ point scores in another challenging major bye round.
Top contenders wolfking and robelgordo trade places at the very top of the leaderboard, but further down there were some big moved with 5 teams jumping more than 10 places.
It appears that Round 16 was not a good bye round to play short.
Teams that played 13 on average scored 66 points more than those playing 12, and 133 points more than those playing 11.
In general it seemed the more players you played, the better you did.

LORD of the BYES - Round 16 Results
================================
The majority of our teams managed to field 12 or 13 players this week, so there were some good opportunities to make gains especially if you scored over 750 points.
Legendary NRL draft champion Cantbeatwinners lead the way jumping well over 8000 places with an impressive score of 844 with standard-issue doing similarly well (no doubt using his own proprietary algorithms and AI engine to optimise an ideal bye round management strategy).
Papadontbleach continues to lead the way in the overall rank improvement stakes, but both Shady2K and Pain are close enough to say this race isn't over yet.
The relative rank improver leaderboard shows the percentage of teams ahead of each team prior to Round 13, that they have managed to overtake.
Well done to wolfking who jumps into first place having overtaken 92% of the players that were ahead of him when we started.

Nice one
Doesn’t really matter but I played 12 rather than 13, so maybe average scores per playing numbers a bit off

Thanks for letting me know.
As I'm doing this visually, there is some possibility for error.
Generally, I'm fairly accurate though as I tend to match the numbers played against the score and if it seems a bit wrong I double check.
Most of the time I work out where there are loops (there weren't many in R16), but I guess I stuffed your one - 13 played, but only 12 contributed.
Anyway, thanks again!

LORD of the BYES - Round 17 Results
================================
We're in the back half of the competition!
Is there any stopping robelgordo? as he takes out this weeks pole position, nearly 50 points better than former LOTB champion DarkKnight.
Despite only fielding 15 players, Shady2K was the fourth best scorer of the round (and only a single point less than the 2nd best scorer.
The Leaderboard continues to be a seesawing battle between robelgordo and wolfking, but now 2022 champion DarkKnight is close enough to dash their dreams.
Despite being a minor bye, Fielding 17 in Round 17 proved to be a challenge for many, with the majority playing short.
Player averages were also down this round, meaning the damage from playing short was less than in many previous rounds.

LORD of the BYES - Round 17 Results
================================
Round 17 was a tough round to improve rank, with most of our field losing ranks, but Shady2K made it look easy.
The big rank improvement by Shady2K has meant there's only a 10 point gap between them and Papadontbleach, but who's ahead?
One things for sure; This title is wide open!
The relative rank improver leaderboard shows the percentage of teams ahead of each team prior to Round 13, that they have managed to overtake.
There's no surprise to see robelgordo retake the lead with a massive 94% of teams that were ahead of him in R13 now a distant memory.
All the best for your fantasy teams for R18 before we head to the last two byes!
