    Levi - Foran
    Burbo - Waddell
    Wong - Angus

Three nuffies who I need shot of to three guys potentially going on a run even if short term, feels worth the risk

another week, another WFB to trade in and ill still be playing Kris there. might just hobble along until i can sacrifice Smithies/McInnes for one i guess. owning both Stewart and Talagi seems like a future problem to worry about

wait actually surely i can just trade JC back in 3 weeks for a cheap 3rd (im not even joking)

Anyone holding JC? In theory he misses 3 games if back in 4 weeks. Hard to justify trading a green dot with my injury carnage the last 3 rounds but I'm tempted

Toying with the idea. If I knew it was going to be 3 weeks then I like to think I’d hold. If it’s 6 weeks then it’ll be 7 with the bye.Have we got good info on the length of time yet (I’ve only seen the 3-6).

BE will be low 30s on his return so there won’t be a big cash reward for holding. At ~500k he’s not Cleary level cash on the bench but it’s still quite a bit.

Only benefit to holding is not spending three trades on Campbell (out, in, out again).he could also help with some sneaky WFB loops (Chevy / Chester)

Think it comes down to team setup. If you don’t need his cash (or spot) to make the moves you want you can hold until that changes. When I know what I’m doing I’ll put it in my team tracker. I need cash so it’s trade Flanagan or Campbell for me.

I’m 100% getting Levi out in front of those guys though.

He may be a POD because we will not list of him or reveal his price until the very last minute. With ‘Hammer’ expected to miss a month with a hamstring issue, and his style of play relying so much on dynamic movements, he might be a trade out. Euan Aitken continues to be a reliable CTR option, with a season average of 49.

I tend to agree with this but I also can't help but factor in the Raiders / Strange bye and I wonder if locking in Chester now saves a headache at that point in time.

Or do you wait for Garrick to drop and hope you have an avenue to him by then?

Basically my question is: Is Chester actually worth trading in if he doesn't score a try every game?

Kris was also, at one point, millimetres away from scoring in that Titans game.

I still want to trade him soon, but not to another centre.

Dilemma. Do I trade Burbo or Hughes for Crichton?

I'm thinking Burbo with a grade one injury might only be a week or two and I need centre cover. Only have Strange and Iro there.

Hughes could well improve his points output with a bigger role and I like watching him play. I'm OK for mid cover though.

    TU: Trade Burbo
    TD: Trade Hughes

Burbo. He's a potato and no lock to walk back into the starting side. I was surprised it took him 6 rounds to pick up an injury. Hughes on a slight up....for now.

    2: Kini - no brainer
2: Hopgood - this is a dud, the trade was figuring he'd play lower mins (has been somewhat true) but he just keeps scoring big points. i could argue it allowed me to get Terrell May/Turbo, so not all bad ?.. ehhh.
3: Rapana - had one good score but went back to mediocre scores and has since gotten injured. so worked out i guess.
    3: Wong - no brainer
    4: Cleary - looks a good call
4: Hughes - well he scored eight (8!) the next week, but has since gone on to benefit greatly from injuries. so in the end he was a good hold.
    5: Shitili - no brainer
5: Hosking - punted due to missing week for HIA and funding Hynes. Whitehead hasn't come back.. so he would have been a good hold, but now he's gotten injured. Lucky.
    6: Hutch - no brainer
    6: Chan - no brainer

This week is probably Levi and Burbo out.

Have people gone cold on Hynes? Doesn't seem to be commanding the ball as much playing next to Trindall and this is likely affecting his scores. Reasonable to expect he might be more of a low 60's player than the mid to high 60's. For $50k less, SJ might be the better option this week (for those that have the luxury of opting for both).

Or are people expecting a bounce back to the normal high 60's.

I keep looking at Cogger.  At 525K it seems he's finding his place in the team now and locked into a prominent starting role.  Can score well and last two games has scored 49.5 av since Hastings has been back.  I know there's probably not a lot of value there and he's sharing duties between two other players but I think his warming back into things and can kick on a little.  If anything I think would be a find very subgun to have in your 14-17.  Better than fucking Hutch anyway.  Saying that, priced at 38, there's potentially 10 points of value if Knights get on a roll with a good run coming up. Don't need a half either but feeling a gut pick thing with him.

I don't have Ponga so feel with a good run coming up I'd like to try and hedge some bets somewhere.

If you want a half in that price bracket, Ikat has a better bye schedule and looks better in terms of eye test. He also does basically all the kicking.

At some point this season I'd just like to make one (1) trade that isn't forced by injury or a player being dropped.

    Unrealistic expectations, I know.
