I had 4 of them on my should list, Plath was could but was assuming he’d be named bench, and completely forgot about J Hunt lol

Surprised no Klese Haas and no Jye Gray. I guess Haas there’s a bit of late team shuffling but Gray is playing FB in NSW Cup, has come in as FB in first grade… maybe it’s the bye, maybe it’s he’s just there for an injury, I dunno.

Crazy to trade Levi instead of Campbell?

Anyone holding JC? In theory he misses 3 games if back in 4 weeks. Hard to justify trading a green dot with my injury carnage the last 3 rounds but I'm tempted

Yeah Foran is tempting me, but I already have DylBags, Hynes, Galvin, IKat, Hutch (trading out this week).

Probably a mistake getting Foran. Will probably do it anyway

Both are sells. Levi might not lose money this week. JC definitely will not lose money. That, cash, and looper options would be how I chose yeet order

i made a bit of a silly bold prediction in one of the pre-season threads that Carrigan would go to another level this year and become an 80 min beast. is it actually happening. wouldn't put it past the beautiful man. he seems to get through 80 every week at the moment without much trouble.

With Salmon/Hughes in the team I’ll need a bit of help at MID/EDG next week so Waddell comes in to help out.

With Fog, Galvin and Cleary as my only halves (Strange at CTR) Foran can come in and add some depth.

With Strange and Kris my only CTRs (Talagi useless) I’ll grab Chester to help out there.

Hopefully they all make some money. Wasn’t how I envisaged this week going

Is Chester just Kris that scores tries? Everyone talking about trading Kris, but people talking about trading in Chester. If Kris was the one who scores a try in the last game, and Chester didn't, would we just be talking about trading in Kris?

Basically my question is: Is Chester actually worth trading in if he doesn't score a try every game?

Jolliffe looks a little tempting, but in the 3 weeks since Tino went down he's scored 2 tries, and had a game where he got an extra 10 minutes of golden point action.

Great if you got him at $514k (which I briefly considered) but don't know how much value there is now

If he keeps the 55 minutes + he should have 8 or so points of value, and be a borderline keeper with good bye coverage (14, 16, 19 & 20). He's at 0.91 ppm in his games over 50 mins. Probably comes down to whether he keeps up the minutes, because I would happily take the above proposition.

i've taken the view that unless a centre is required to field 17, then i wont be wasting trades down there in the near future.

Foran averages 41 at halfback (with an average KM of 190). Priced at 28. He seems to be a buy regardless of how many extra kick metres he gets.

    Yep ditto.

Got Strange, Iro, Talagi and Kris atm, and will only trade if I absolutely need to to field 17.

he looks extremely tempting on paper, but i just can't grab a guy who may hobble off the field at any moment.

For me it'll be JC to him.

Just traded in the guy who just hobbled off the field, may as well make a like-for-like replacement. It's just good coaching.

    Yeah meant suspension not injury

Suspension is really an injury of discipline

    Think about it

Was literally looking last night and thinking oh he’s about the same price as Kris.

I guess if you need a CTR he’s ok but I don’t know if he’s a long term buy otherwise

I am also doing this… JC to Foran

Then Foran to Brimson when Foran gets injured
Then Brimson back to JC when Brimson is injured

    That’s my plan

Ensures I have Titans playmaker coverage for the next month, which is what I need

Exact same plan, might go Brimson to Brian Kelly real quick if he's out before JC is back

Camo did this a few rounds ago, thought I might have a crack at it:

NRL Fantasy 2024 Part 29 - new thread sponsored by Temu - Page 48 Trade_10

    2. Lolo didn't get the role, oh and surprise! his knee is fucked
    3. Wong dropped, Luki injured
    4. Cleary and Piakura both injured
    5. Lussick dogshit for 2 weeks (suddenly good once I drop him) Burbo dogshit (injured next week anyway)
    6. Rapana injured, Cotric dropped
    7. JC injured, Hutch dogshit

My only non-injury trades were Burbo (one week before injury), Lussick (bad trade in hindsight) and Hutch (who is dogshit).

Oh and I still have Tupouniua and Talagi who are both dogshit/injured/dropped - big fun.
