I'm very much a supporter of the template
About 75% of the team picks itself and there is good reason for that, but the other 25% is what makes the difference.
So here's my current draft after Vegas TLT

Hosking is a nice addition that I didn't expect, love his workrate, hopefully he'll get at least 4 games as starting EDG while Whitehead is out. Should get some solid fantasy output

I also some of the Hosking train, can definitely see him crossing the line in RD2 as well. Also Whitehead is 35 this year so moving forward he may settle for a reduced bench role.

I like the moves, it's early days but Fog could average close to Moses, I expect May to be an upgrade on Tatola.

After this week a Murray > Smithies move would leave a war chest for a big upgrade elsewhere. Potentially Brbo if/when he loses his spot.

There is still time to pull out of the Terrel move chewy....

New recruit Turbo was close to joining the heavyweights, but a questionable obstruction call cancelled a big play.

Nice to be in the top 1000 already, hopefully I can hang onto the rank for a while.

My team didn't get hit too hard compared to others as I can still field 17 without making any trades.
I was hoping to get rid of some duds, but with Cleary and Piakura being red dots I want to consolidate my lead, so

With Hosking & Galvin out this week I'll need to look at shoring up the EDG and the HLF, so my trades will probably reflect that. It will mean that Talagi will have to wait another week

Really interested to see where you go with EDG.

Between KPP, Salmon, Tups and Chan I'd hope you could just trade Tups and not need any extra EDG until Piakura is back.

My watchlist has: Piakura (2 weeks), Fifita (starting), Olakau'tau (full price), Hopgood (full price), Butcher (not a gun and only lightly undervalued), Curran (not a gun and only lightly undervalued). I don't really love any option so interested in where you go with this.

Think DBrown makes so much sense in your team for Hosking but thats probably too obvious to call helping

I'd also cut Tups for Blaize. Hopefully thse 2 cashdowns in addition to Cleary money setup good cash gen and allow lots of upgrades in future weeks (Lussick, Burbo, etc.)
