Crossland being on the Knights bench has me wary of Brailey. If we knew for sure that he would play lock instead of hooker off the bench, then I would be planning to own Brailey.

In the last 2 years there have been 9 games where Brailey started and Crossland was on the bench.

The number of times the Knights have used a sub to give Brailey a rest (for Crossland or for any other player) over those 9 games is zero.

In round 3 last year Brailey went off due to a failed HIA, but he was never voluntarily replaced with Crossland.

Crossland was nowhere near as good in previous years as he was last year

Barry Toohey said likely time share to start season

Hmm, I wonder for how long? I just can't see Brailey not playing 80 minutes most of the time. With the departure of Kurt Mann, does Phoenix just play his role? That is come on in the middle rotation unless there's an injury to the backline/halves/hooker?

I would guess the first 4-5 weeks whilst Brailey gets match fitness. Brailey has been very injury prone they might be a bit more cautious with him this time around.

Toohey always spills the beans on Twitter. He's almost always reliable too.
