They lost 44-6 he looked more involved and in a flogging scored 41 points.

I’ll just have to go with AJ now and hope the risk doesn’t bite me in the arse.

Everyone else I talk shit to is because I’ve met them and they are just great blokes who I know won’t take offence. Shoutout to the Sydney meetup, it’s a lot of fun with a bunch of weirdos from all walks of life who spend their time enjoying the same things that you do![/quote]

Really!!! when was the last time u beat off outside SI's window??

I know we've been pushing for the un-initiated to get along to a Forum meetup.  Both of the above posts are evidence that there should be no stress or anxiety involved in getting to a Forum event...

Random people on the Internet can actually be quite normal when you meet them in person (unless you are indeed actually the poster named Random, whom I have also met in person [that bloke is definitely random, and in no way normal]) .  For example, when discussing just the above-Krump and Revs-the most I've ever had to deal with in meeting them in person is:

    - Krumpet literally beating himself off beside me in the stands at Optus Stadium when Turbo scored his Origin hattie; and
    - Revs taking 'matters into his own hands' at 1 O'clock in the morning outside my window of the 'Palms' Hotel Gosford.

Anywho, get yourself along to the next meetup-it's purportedly safe and potentially even legal Very Happy

Lowlight was new signing Drinky literally handing Hynes the ball so he could flop over for a try.

At least I have Hynes in L2 draft I guess.

IRL, I reckon Sharks are legit this year. Sharp team but starting to get a few niggly types in there too - you seem to need them to win comps. Not saying we need to bring back the biff, don’t condone punching people, but we do need a system to stop pissant wingers like Ronaldo talking shit.

Cleary v my mob still to come mate-bloke could raise the bat in the first forty! A bit miffed that Hynes didn't get a rest in the last 20.

The last guys to fly out of the gate like this - 81 average, low of 69 - were Cleary and Turbo in that year where missing either of them was terminal for your season. Can't be giving up 20 points a week with the next best captaincy choice.

    Wilt 67
    Tala and Talo 63 each
    McInnes 41
    Trindall 2

    Robson 51
    Drinkwater up to 41!
    Holmes 26
    Granville 25
    Cotter 22
If there ever a trade where the process was OK and the outcome was wrong, Cotter trade is it

Maybe doesn’t make Origin now Evil or Very Mad, but question is do I stick around to find out

At this point I’m not even sure how to get him in

It’s basically Hynes + 300k player vs 2 650k players who would likely both be in my 17. Maybe Murray and Ford post R13 could do something.

I think the process was fine for cotter and I considered it, think I posted about it, if I was you I’d hold him

Yeah same for me. I guess I should have made room to bring him in the last two weeks, but that time has passed  Will just stubbornly go without and watch the ranking sink week to week.

SJ to Hynes was probably the right move to make tbh.

Cleary banner this week anyway right?

Looks like quite a few up the top have used the Haas suspension or Grant money from the bye to fund it. Even in hindsight I probably wouldn’t have thought of it

You do know there's another round next week where you can trade people.

I'm considering him too. I didn't realise he dropped so low in price. Was doing a lot of kicking too. Not sure if that's normal.

Hynes hasn't even had a banner yet, not sure why everyone is getting so worked up by him.

I for one enjoyed the last few pages. I think I've run out of likes to give.

Can support SI's statements about the meetup being great to hang out with people who like the same things as you do.

Can't personally support batting off in-front of said people. I suppose to each their own, but I didn't realise SI and Revs/Krump were so close!
