I'm keeping him for now as a reminder of my stupidity and hoping he can get a half decent score soon.. Don't want to spend any cash to upgrade him with my halves needing attention and Lemo on the menu next week.

Would switch him for another basement price cow if there's no one else worth trading next week or so.

I know what you mean, in hindsight not a great trade but there is potential there somewhere
I’d like to give him another week but want Keppie. Was going trindal to Keppie but after reading a few comments it seems a waste just yet

Any reason why not to do a trade of Sutton > Keppie? Are Manly missing a player or is Keppie locked in for about 40 every week?

He had a career average of 54 for the opening 3 rounds prior to this year. This is his worst start with a 39 avg, but probably surpasses 2018's 41 average when accounting for the TB nerf. Often has 1 low game and 1 or 2 big ones. A few chances went begging in Rd 2, so that's the one we missed Evil or Very Mad

Teddy also averaged 40 in the first 6 games last year, and then 63 in the remaining games after that. Have a guess when I sold him last year Very Happy

From about 14 years ago but the sums should be the same !

    Magic Number
    current price - ( last price X 0.75 ) divided by ( 3 round ave X 0.25 )

    Break Even Score
    ( - (MN/3) X (2nd last score) – (MN/3) X ( Last Score ) + current price / ( MN/3)

You lost me at math. Drug

IMO, if you are looking for low percentage players in round 4, you might as well stop playing and delete your account now.

Low percentage players are for late season Hail Mary punts to claw some ranks or if you are playing for fun and want a player for the sake of it I guess. Aiming for a POD to beat highly owned popular players over the course of 20 plus rounds is going to end badly for your rank.

I’ve had him since the start and the 40 is frustrating coz it’s 1PPM for 40 mins (so you’re always wishing he gets more mins).

In answer to your question though, I think he’s locked in… just wish it was at starting lock.

Could be a good investment. If he can average 35 he makes well over 100k. Going above so far this season, but averaged 27 in games over 30 mins last year and 32 over 40 mins. Playing 40 mins in the middle should go around that and no Marty this year.
