I don't know how true that is, but I think Cleary is a decent chance to back up, especially since he doesn't have to travel (game 1 is in Sydney and so is his round 14 game).

I have the VC set on Ipap just in case though

Yeah I’ll stick him in and Ilias gets to be his backup 😂

All the talk of who backs up is just pure speculation.  See how the game plays out Wednesday night and then speculate lol. I know I'm guilty of it but just trying to not even looks at anything until Thursday. Team lists will give us a guide but won't have anything much to base things off until Thursday at the earliest, unless you have cover for all your Origin players.

going to be tough to decide to move Hastings or not.

Got 210k in the bank. Can jump up to Grant (even though he should lose cash). Go Peoples to 220k spud so I can bring in Cook for the best hooker in the game.

Alternatively could just go People to To'o and upgrade my 17.

TU: Peoples Hastings to Cook Saab
    TD: Peoples to To'o

Peoples to To'o is a massive upgrade. No brainer IMO.

    Massive is an understatement.
Isn't Peoples outside the Bunnies Top 30?
Looks like, barring massive injury carnage, to be a Red dot for the year.
To`o is a gun WFB who is down on RM and Ts, but that can change quickly.
If I still had Peoples, he'd be first chicken on the block for mine.

thanks, yeah leaning towards that. just got to hope that Hastings comes good.

other issue is i have no hooker cover (but havent had to use it all year) and Mahoney is my hooker so he isnt coming off origin.

Grant should be a decent pick up soon also.

With Penis > McInnes, I still have 6 Rd.17 players.
I think the Bludgers may take a hit for that bye and run with 8 or 9.
Only looking at keepers and cash-outs now.

Yeah definitely. I'm not sure To'o is the best WFB to buy but if Peoples is the guy being sold for him then he's 100% worth it.

I sold Peoples to RFM last week with similar reasoning, and may trade Billy to Cheese this week for the same reason if I need a hooker

I support the Storm but at this stage got to be going for the Panthers.

Cleary partnered with Tago Crichton Edwards To'o. Hoping for some high try scoring games.

Damn I should have got rid of Starling last week, he has lost so much cash. Really can't afford any decent hookers.

Peoples to anyone is a big upgrade, doesn't have to be To'o

Is Peoples - To'o better than Hastings - Cook (which needs Peoples to Saab to fund it)

Starling has to go this week and Taaffe probably does too. No idea who to though.

Still interested in Wade Graham as an underpriced R17 option.

Stefano has gotten very cheap, any chance he gets back to bigger minutes?

Peoples is going either going down to Saab or upgrade him.

Only got 200k in the bank so just got 520k and T'oo just fit under that.

Papy is the guy I really want though so will be tough to get him. outside of him not sure who else would be worth finding the extra cash at WFB

Dont really need Papy if i have Hynes Edwards To'o with SCrichton on the bench so that would be my WFB till the season end so no Papy

scientific facts back that up too...something about the body feeling ok a couple of days after a game it's after this time that the bumps & bruises take their toll.
However I mentioned science & this also has an adverse affect in the respect even though a player says he wants to play science says the body can only handle so much so the body needs to recuperate & he may be rested. These days it's more about squad rotation whereas 5+ years ago you just played if you wanted to.

Surely Savage at $263 is worth the extra coin over Saab.
