    Priced around 35 points
80 min average is low 40s from back in the day, but I expect him to have improved a bit after his stint in England. I think 45 points should be a reasonable expectation.

His previous stats from 2015/2016 are around 44 at halfback, 38 as five-eighth.

Those were under old scoring, so he loses kick metre points from that. Not a big offloader, so really looking for maturity as a player rather than pricing discount to provide fantasy value.

And the extra points from being part of a first-rate attacking side who'll put a fair few tries over most opposition.

Is there any reason why Tyrell Sloan isn't in the fantasy system?

Not in top 30 and only development squad so far

Would have to imagine he would be upgraded by the time the season starts unless Mbye/Ramsey plays FB. However I'm guessing he would just get priced at his average of last season and not base price which would mean he'd be near 500k with a 100% try-scoring rate

Its a struggle at the moment to find cheapies. This year seems to have the least "must-starts" ever which will make it interesting with a lot of teams going to be taking gambles on mid priced players.

My current draft is stacked with players in the 3-500k range.

If you go back to this time last year, how many of the "must starts" were still an option when round 1 started?

It does seem to be a little hampered in that a bunch of guys who played little/no football last year haven't got the usual discount, and a bunch of this years rookies might have played enough games last year to stuff u their price.

but we are ages away from a football being kicked in anger. Plenty of time for options to appear

Nonsense. The Rugby League season began exactly 7 days ago when Ben McDermott scored back to back centuries in the Big Bash League and ruined me in Supercoach.

Once the Ashes are over, I'm cutting a fucking ribbon.

I only just had a look at what's to come after the tests. 3 ODI's and a T20 vs NZ, and then 5 T20s against Sri Lanka. Dire.

I really don't get why ODIs are still a thing.

i think the only reason they are still played at all is because of the world cup. not sure we need to play them every year though. probably just play a bunch in the 6 to 12 months leading up to each WC

Modern day ODIs give me the shits, it's just a 50 over T20 these days (aka boring as batshit slogfests). They were far more entertaining when they were basically like a mini Test, pitches gave balance to the bowlers, batters had to work for their runs, balance between bat and ball ffs. In their current form they're just pointless.

16 broncos players tested positive. Broncos playing it smart. get them all 'sick' in pre season so they are less likely to be affected during the season.

I remember when they used to be referred to as "limited overs" matches.

Need a "c" mark on your site for players who've had Covid pre-season, so less likely to miss game time.
