Completely disagree that is what happened but each to their own.

I've watched it a few times and his focus was clearly the ball and trying to force it loose.....which is usually applauded by all and sundry.

Hence the conflict of interest and mixed messages these blokes are dealing with - not to mention the unfortunate reality, that although people might feel like this is making a difference.....it almost certainly isn't.

Sea eagles have re-signed Haumole until end of 2024. Big plans for him i guess. Will be a good mid season cheapie at some point id say

Seems like a few people are keen on Davey but willing to give him a week. What is the thinking there?

I don't need to trade to field 17, but end up playing Stefano and looping Niu and Croker. Had spent all week thinking I could hold both trades and wait for Davey but seems like he'll be playing 80 now so why wait?

Seems like a coin flip?

Can someone loan me 1k so i can do Lodge to Kolo?

Lodge + Croker to Koloa (instead of Leniu) and Davey is another possibility. In theory gives me a good 18th man and insurance against Riki being a fuckwit for the next few weeks. Thank god for starting with a 116k bank the possibilities are endless.

Still a massive concern Koloa just becomes Host 2.0 in terms of decoy runs and drawing in the 3rd man but he's 100 x the attacking threat Host is. Wayne's left edge role is no secret.

Geez, now I'm bloody tempted as that is almost 'training the house down' levels of confidence.

As an aside, it's fairly harsh on Host to have his chance against the reigning premiers, whereas Koala get's his shot against a NSW Cup team....

For me personally Leniu and Ofa are more pressing tradesand should make more cash than Davey. With the injury news it is making me tempted to bring in Davey over Leniu. But waiting a week to decide which CTR/WFB is a dud and being able to choose between Koloa and Davey is my plan.

He was in so many of my drafts, it is just all those decoy runs... He is a better footballer so could find his way in the middle searching for the ball but god it is hard to pick him.

EDIT: He is giving me real Kikau rookie season vibes about him; where, he might make 1 or 2 big breaks and do nothing else all game.

Anyone think Lam starts kicking in general play?
