Reimis was very close to my team. I ended up saying no as Brenko is back next week and he will go straight back to Centre and then the Wing spot would be between Gennings, Reimis or Iremia, which made my decision.

Trying to stay calm about my team and I'm expecting a few scores I don't like to be honest semi regret not having latrel but I probably had everyone in my side at one point what's everyone think the on par score will be this week ?

Averillo (EMG) + Jet (CTR) + 21K

Feel Hoy scores more but is it enough to warrant a trade in 3 weeks time? Can Jet and Bird sit in CTR, healthy, all year and average 35+? Can averillo score decently enough next to Flannagan?

Go Hoy if you want more early points and are willing to use a trade to do it, otherwise go Jet and Bird, I have Avo and Bird at centres with Croker in EMG (I would have gone for the Jet over him but am 11k short)

As someone mentioned earlier, for all we know Hoy nabs a wing spot, bench role, injury in back line giving him game time... Barnett misses a few kicks and he gets the tee..

Does anyone want to talk me in/out of Chad Townsend who is currently sitting quietly in my 14-17?  

Season averages since 2014:  35.9 / 38.8 / 39 / 35.8 / 43.1 / 39.1 / 33.3

Priced at 33.3.  Possible uplift in order of 15 points.  Uplift will come from:

1: Goals:  +7.  [Last year 0.  SJ averaged 7.5pts.  The 43.4 average in 2018 was the only year he kicked goals regularly and averaged around 5.6 per game for season but 6.5pts for the games he kicked goals.]

2: Kick Metres:  + 7.  [Last year SJ averaged 300km.  Moylan has averaged around 60km playing 5/8.  So, that's 240km to be taken between Townsend and Moylan - ie 12 points up for grabs.  Assume Townsend gets roughly half.]

3: Other: +2.  [Last year he was around 3.5 below his average for non kick related stats, and was the only time he did not average 80mins - he averaged 75.8]

Same price as Lam (who I also have).

[I have $169k to spare that is a good reserve to fix team after this week. Or I could use that to "upgrade" Townsend to Turpin / Capewell.]

I don't mind Townsend at all. I guess people are going Lam (and poss Milford) first because they are seen as able to maintain the scoring for the season, whereas Townsend will probably have reduced output when SJ returns?

Still its potentially more points and cash than some other "short-term" picks - Lodge, Hoy etc.

Nah I really want Townsend in my team for the meme value of having him there and genuinely being fantasy relevant for the reasons you've mentioned.

However I only have room for one 446k half in my team and Lam has better long-term prospects so I have to go with him.

Did Moylan play any trials?

I think yeah, he said he felt great in the last one. I think Matt said he scored 17 points or something in 60 minutes? Said he'd be the try assist assist which I could definitely see.
