I wasnt picking any of those guys anyway but if holmes isnt FB it will cause a lot of re shuffling (or people just grabbing isaako)

Clifford shunts Morgan and his potential also

Great point, yeah if Hess doesn't start, he is coming off the bench. only leaves 1 interchange for injury.

I had Robson last season and was really pissed off when he stopped playing 80 each week (including a 26 minutes single stint after starting the game).

Priced at 49, with a 67 average playing 80 minutes!

Last year he played 6 games for the 80mins, he scored 3 tries in 2 of those games, so looking at the other 4 where he didn’t score a try still had an avg of 59 over those 4 games.

So yeah if starting and no hooker on bench I would be all over Robson.

Issue could be if it gets to round 3-4 and then Payten wants spark off the bench to ease Robson’ workload and then Cotter comes in and fucks with Robson’s minutes!

Currently no Cleary or McInnes for me but that was before TLolo news and I had $400k in bank for closer to season moves

Even with Guns to start season I like some value or at least some that can match the top guys on an early season purple patch

I really like Munster at current price vs potential for my gun half, and got LAM locked in

I guess you could also start with Cleary and Munster but it probs means sacrificing funds elsewhere...

If things aren't really settled in the backs, they may want to carry a back on the bench as well. Wouldn't want to see Hess moving to center during a match if there is an injury in the backs.

Not seeing any mention of Daejarn Asi, who looked to be a young gun coming through last season.

I'm still of the thinking Cleary won't match his 73 average but that's almost purely on gut.

But I just ran some quick maths and even if he averages 65 he only loses around 100k, not sure it's worth not starting with him and trying to pick up cheaper later

    Tolman 60
    Woods 52
    McInnes 79
Fifita 33 (down from 51+ every other year)
    Hamlin Uele 43
    Rudolf 46

Total minutes last season - 313
    Minutes available - 240
    Significantly over-subscribed

My expected minutes would have to be something like:
    Tolman 50
    Woods 45
    McInnes 60
    Fifita 30
    Hamlin Uele 30
    Rudolf 25

Wouldn't surprise to see a rotation policy through the season either, giving guys like Williams, Talakai and Hunt game time as well, a bit like the Raiders do. Pele was also being heavily talked up by Morris in pre-season.

You obviously don't watch the games because Rudolf was their best middle by miles last year and will be number one prop there for years to come. The idea that he'll get 25 minutes is laughable.

Gets a heap of those annoying missed tackles that aren't really missed tackles, so difficult to pick in fantasy but fine for real life.

    Pretty much this.

I like Munster as a buy, but I can't fit both him and Cleary in my side, and at 30% ownership, I can't risk getting left in the dust if he has a really big score early in the year.

That said if Munster got the goalkicking, I'd probably just bite the bullet and downgrade one of my middles to cram Munster in there

Hard to tell given their insane depth in the middle.

Papalli, Tapine, Lui, Horse (when back), whichever of Young or CHN doesn't get 2rf, Sutton, Guler, James, Soliola, Havilli.

Of those, I'd say Papa and Tapine are guaranteed starts and good minutes, but there are so many options beyond that it seems pointless to predict.

Brilliant player is James, would have to have a decent role if he comes back at full capacity you would think. Odd signing that

Any reason Carrigan isn't being talked about? Any reduction in his last season role?

For me personally, Haas being out to start the season muddies the water when it comes to the Broncos forward pack. Predicting role and minutes is above my pay grade

Even with Haas mate he went over 60 aver but his minutes at 74 is bonkers for a middle.

Probably expecting a drop there was just wondering if there had been word from Donkeys camp in regards to this

I'm looking for a TLolo downgrade
