Bit of a dilemma for my 17th man this week lads (don't judge too hard, will have a gun in next week), any thoughts on who to prioritise? Can't really loop unfortunately as Niu plays before any of them annoyingly:

Clune (sharks aren't too difficult and confidence growing?)
Fogarty (was last week just an outlier? tough fixture)
Averillo (was scoring well and goal kicking pre injury)
Hetherington (starting spot, not sure about PPM or minutes though...)

Fair enough, I mean, I'm not claiming to know the ins and outs, or pretending the system is fair to everyone haha.

"The path to securing Sonny Bill Williams for the Roosters has been made a little easier with the Tigers snapping up young outside back Asu Kepaoa immediately."

"Kepaoa told his Roosters teammates of the move on Thursday. His departure now frees up a roster spot at the Roosters to add Williams to their side for the back end of the season. The Roosters had the NRL’s maximum of 30 players in their ranks before Kepaoa’s mid-season switch."

Why would the Tigers make it easy for the Rorters to bring in SBW just for a young kid who probably won't play NRL for a few years ?

Think I will get Moses in next week as an 18th man, and loop him and Johnson each week

Currently doing Api and Angus out for Tevaga and someone else. I have enough cash to get anyone in, but I'd rather get a cut price keeper in this round with cash leftover to upgrade Rudolf next week. Should I go for a player like RTS, Nofo, or Brown, or a gun like Cook?

Having lost Corey Thompson, and with RJennings out injured, Tigers probably happy to get some depth in the outside backs

There's a few of us n this site in a similar situation, and Cook seems to be pretty popular.

If you want to make sure you have cash for an upgrade next week, then Hunt, Taupau also on the radar as value keepers.

Already have Hunt, but Taupau is definitely another option. Cheers.

Rate that as a pick up. Thought he was in line for a back line spot after Billy Smith injury in preseason.
With Tupou, Bmoz, Hall, Ikuvalu ahead of him for a wing spot it makes sense to move him on

I was looking at Cook this week but if I do go Tevaga, I can turn Fog into Moses next week in one trade and still have cash left. Looks like the way I'll be going.

Beyond that I'm hoping to get Difita/Bateman as luxury upgrades.

Yeah, I thought the same, especially with Talau too that's had his problems.

    Devo. Sad

Warriors players must be scratching their heads. Wouldn't be surprised if a few more start thinking about packing the season in. Wouldn't blame them at all.

Only the Roosters could go into a season as back to back minor premiers and pick up Morris and SBW along the way without a raised eyebrow. Such terrific management, their front office is a shining beacon. Even internationals will go there for a ham sandwich just to be a part of it all Rolling Laugh

Also I keep flip flopping on Angus. Some reports say it could be 2 weeks, others 8 weeks, NRL casualty ward has R14-15.

So what I am getting is that Angus will be back sometime in 2020

Mate you are flying, I am 130pts behind you and will be lucky to hold my spot as it is dropping back last week

Won't be getting Cook,Mcinnes,Smith so there are some compromises but would rather have Tevaga+ Moses over Cook + Cow as reckon cover will definitely be needed

Edited: What MTB said above is pretty much same scenario
