Vossy shouted "call an ambulance" to up the drama during the play, that was before it looked like they might actually need to call an ambulance. Roughly equivalent of what Milf did. Not the same as after the event floating on injury because your fantasy team is so important and you're such a genius for not having the guy who just got knocked out
