Always reward effort! We are lucky we got an incredible young team 4 years unbeaten, 9 boys playing a year up in regional district side, 5 starting in A side.

but we have trained them as rugby players since u6s, there to play rugby and not fuck about because your mate plays. Had 2 of the district boys strutting around training and games so we benched them over lesser talented kids who worked their bollocks off, soon see the change in attitude
