He threw a pass that got his centre outside of his man. That is pretty much always enough for a try assist. I notice that Supercoach gave it to him as well, are SC players whinging about it too, or does Latrell have higher ownership over there.

If you’ve got NRL on your FB feed, every clip up where Mitchell is involved runs 99% people trashing him. There’s a bit of an Adam Goodes vibe about it tbh.

I mean it wasn’t like he did much but it’s still a try assist. They’re not marked on degree of difficulty.

The media want to drive him out of the game for mine.

It’s believed his Nan passed away is the talk on Souths forums. He’s entitled to privacy, yet they won’t let up.

I feel like deleting my Facebook right now as all that comes up is articles re Latrell and lots of people racially slurring him in the comments.

Souths have put an official complaint to NRL anyway.

Fox Sports’ decision to show Latrell Mitchell dressing-room tears has left the Rabbitohs fuming and they have let the NRL know.

Souths boss Blake Solly has fired off an email to the NRL questioning the decision to air the footage. More than that, Souths have challenged the NRL’s and the broadcasters’ rights to show the vision. In the contract the broadcasters “must not capture injured players, players receiving treatment or nudity” . Souths will argue that players’ mental health should fall into the injured category.

Souths players wore black armbands last week and it was not really noticed. It related to a very difficult family issue that devastated the family of former Souths player Buddy Gordon and his wife and that has had an impact on the entire playing group.

Mitchell has also experienced some personal loss in recent times.

As a Fogarty owner im still nervous what happens when Roberts is back. The coach also said T Boyd deserves a start so dont know where he fits in.

Think I'm going to have to trade one of milford or rts next week. Broncos have the better draw over the next few weeks but he could actually get dropped. Also want taupau.

Don't have the luxury of waiting though, need to trade these guys in this week. Any other value or risky picks that look interesting this week?
