No shit Darius, you're a bit late to your own party. Let's see if you can even make it through the whole year in first grade.

    Regarding Lowe

2014 - He averaged 51 points in his 4 games that he played 80 minutes in.
2015 - He had 23 games over 70+ minutes and averaged 47.3. (He had one game for 67 minutes, and scored 41 points. But that was a full season.)
2016 - He had 49.5 point average across 21 games playing over 70 minutes in the 2RF.
2016 Final Series - Ethan Lowe suffered a pinched nerve in his spinal cord requiring surgery and him missing the rest of the finals.
2017 - Lowe played 14 games at 80 minutes or more in the 2RF for an average of 45 points a game.
2018 - Lowe only played 3  games over 60 minutes with an average of 32.3 points a game. Including one 70 minute game in which he scored 20 points.
2019 - In the four games he played 80 minutes in the 2RF he averaged 35.75 points last season, keep in mind that he also got shifted and started at CTR a few times last year as well.

Su'A at 60 minutes has been able to average 42 points in the 15 games he has played that many minutes. They all occurred when a starter, and the bulk of those games (8 Games with 7 of those being 80 minutes) occurred while Bennett was the coach of the Broncos. That isn't to say there is no risk in Su'A who also has an outlier of 19 points in 71 minutes. Which if you remove from his scores, Su'A averages 44 points, and hasn't produced a score lower than 30.

White Lightning wrote:I was reading about Ese'ese (Easy E) & wacko is predicting he starts at lock for the Knights. The man is a beast & if this happens he should also get dpp frf/2fr as he's currently just frf.
So now we potentially have 4 players classified as frf who could start at 2fr & get dpp = Knight, Carrigan, Horsburgh & Ese'ese.
This makes it interesting as I rate Ese'ese over L. Martin, Williams, Hess, Tapine, Su'a. However he's priced at 524k so it's almost impossible to get him into my team.

As mentioned before by PongaYeotheMann, the new coach really likes Easy E. It could be a big year for Herman

Apparently a discussion re. doing the swap is back on now that the Tigers have paid a few more weeks of Momo's contract. So they should hopefully be under the salary cap now after being over by $16K

Kind of, if the Tigers don't get Grant then Walters most likely starts or has a bench spot rotating with Reynolds. If the trade happens then Grant takes his spot essentially.

If he is named I think I will get rid of Knight in favour of him. POD for sure. This year I think anti-PODing players like Lomax and potentially Su'a is pretty important. Sick of getting rinsed every season by low priced halves and WFBs that we gamble on every season and have to rip our teams apart to get rid of. Happened to me the past 3 seasons so trying to get a bit of meat on the bone in these areas and chase value in the forwards this year.

Until Sione got injured, Barnett was going to start lock, with Sione on the edge. So I'm not sure if any love for Ese'ese will translate into long term fantasy points.

    Boyd retiring

Cameron Smith suggesting he might play on in 2021

Welcome Harry Grant (activating his Smith get out clause) and Ponga to Broncos.

Just looked at his stats again and noticed he got the fanhub tax Shocked not sure what the reasoning is behind this. He's awkwardly priced, but does have potential.
    Could be a POD pick.

Surely there's a chance he has legit secured the spot if named round one, and then even when fit Matautia doesn't necessarily push Herman back to bench? He's a pretty impactful lock option (Herman that is). New coach after all?

Going with Herman is a ballsy pick given his inconsistency last year

      Current date/time is Tue May 21, 2024 4:45 am
