How do you have all those Cowboys and still don't have Taumalolo

Taumalolo has a discount on his average, and excluding his injury is underpriced by a decent margin, for a gun playing R12 (priced 60, averaged 61.9, injury-excluded average of 64.4)

When I first read this I thought it said poo-pushing & I thought it isn't like Milchy to make a gay slur.

If I was going to make a non Haas team I'd definitely have Woods as 1 of my frf along with Knight. I was thinking of doing this with McInnes as my hooker but his mcl knee injury is a problem because I'm not liking Cook which leaves old faithful CS9. So I'm sticking with Haas.

I feel like i need to hold firm and be stubborn for this.

Which is annoying because I know what he can do from watching him play for Easts. Regardless, I still dont think he will have the opportunities for bulk points in the NRL proper, and his base stats wont be great

There is always someone like this every year where my stubborness gets in the road of a good pick..

I never saw any of the Broncos games but comments on sc have been pretty negative re Isaako. Anyone giving him a miss.

Broncos also played trial v Capras winning 36-18. Can't view the stats yet though

Probably a pretty meaningless trial given majority of starters were at 9's

He certainly didnt do anything to inspire confidence in his selection. He looked a bit nervous and unsure of himself, like a lot of the Broncos. Based on Birds comments the other day, I actually think Bird might be a chance to jag the fullback spot..

    Trials will be interesting

Can anyone think of players they brought in based on past 9s scores and how they turned out?

Jai Field carved up the 9s one year. Bevan French has a few times. I cant think of any one else at the moment though

I get caught doing the same every year. I have never owned Kikau because I thought his points were unsustainable. I didn't bring in Bateman until the week he got injured for the same reason. Sometimes you just have to suck it up and admit you were wrong

Just read a bit about the Momo - Grant trade. Post 9's.

"The question the Wests Tigers now really want answered is where is the Momirovski-Harry Grant exchange deal with the Melbourne Storm up to?

And the answer is we should get a clearer picture in the next 72 hours once the Melbourne Storm make their next move.

The exchange deal for Momirovski to go to Melbourne Storm for this season and young gun Harry Grant to become the Wests Tigers hooker looked all sewn up bar the shouting.

The paperwork has been submitted to the NRL.

Trouble is, the Storm made a miscalculation in relation to their salary cap and as it sits right at the moment they can’t quite fit him in. It’s believed that the move would put the Storm club over the cap by as little as $15,000.

The Tigers need an answer by Monday or Tuesday next week because if it’s not happening then captain Moses Mbye needs to start training at hooker.

Mbye has spent some time in at dummy-half over the summer but if the Grant deal’s off, he’s the Tigers No. 9 for round one."

Watson blitzed it that year. Drinkwater reminded me of it but appears to be a craftier ball player. Morgan is no Adam Reynolds, so will be interesting to see how many long kicks he gets.
