If youre trading players in for 13 over the next few weeks are you trading them out before 17?

Im not worrying too much about byes. I think anyone that goes all out to get the most players possible for bye rounds will be out of trades by round 18

Ill make smart choices where possible. Eg ill just it as a factor in deciding between two players but not the reason for making the trade.

But for example, JFH doesnt play 13. I got him last week, but i dont think you should be ignoring him because he doesnt play 13.

Yeah feels like you would go through a hell of a lot. Only made 6 so far but probably won't trade this week. Was hoping to ge JFH, but not quite ready to jump off a mid range cow, always the chance of another try boosted score over the next couple of weeks. Only guys id consider trading are Isaako/Kennar/Thompson, because they are less consistent and I have quite a few WFBs

Morning gents, first up many thanks for the forum, your posts make getting through the fantasy minefield a whole lot easier. 888 from my 'Bludgers' last week - best score for the year so far. Been burning trades, but that's what happens when you stupidly start the season with Jayne, Katoa, Croft, Merrin I won't go on.

And yes, I did sell GOAT...but am not too upset as I picked up Macca and DCE as part of the double trade, so my team is better balanced,

Question about trades this week, RFM > JFH seems pretty standard; was thinking of cashing Griffin and can do either Fifi (cut price keeper) but my halves are then DCE & Croker, or Griffin > Brooks/Matterson to clean up my Halves?
Any advice from the forum much appreciated. I'm $20k short of Johnson.

Or, do I go Griffin > GOAT and reverse the stuff-up trade from last week.

As you can see, I'm starting to run around in circles. Gott love fantasy.

Is it smart to trade Doueihi to Kennar? Got fuck all cash and he's a definite sell, just not sure whether i go NPR to bank up or not. I've got Isaako at Centre which is a concern

    Team at the moment -

    Cook
    Lodge Arrow
    Murray Jurbo RFM
    DCE Croker Mad
    Isaako Mitchell
    Ponga Turbo Thompson

    Cook Rochow TPJ Kikau

    Havili Doui Kennar Katoa

    108K ITB...

    Anyone see any issues?

Not happy with the halves pairing for DCE but Croker can still hit a decent 30-40 anytime! I have a lot of WFB and not too sure if Katoa goes straight back into the starting lineup.

Players who are pretty much at peak or a week away: Lodge, RFM, Croker. I am still waiting for the big breakout game for Isaako, might give him a week or two before he is on that list also.

I'm holding Doughey - he looks good on the park and between the Bunnies inevitable backline reshuffles and ARey's general glassiness I think he'll get more time - particularly if you don't have the option of bringing in a keeper.

    Hi Simmo,

I think a trade that lets you avoid Croker in your 17 would be the better trade.

Im considering a punt on reece robinson as a cashie downgrade. He obviously needs tries to score well, but he looked much better last week in a general footy sense, and perhaps the roosters are about to go on a bit of a run of wins

Anyone like me who traded out CS9 going to bring him back in this week. I actually sold Smith to DCE so that was good as I strengthened my halves but Smith looked back to his best against the Tigers. I've had Jurbo from round 1 but he is just not explosive enough to be able to knock out a big score. So I'm pondering Jurbo to Smith trade but I'm also considering Fifita, SJ & Turbo instead of Smith.

I have a feeling Croker might not play this week either, due to concussions. They might give Hastings a start.

Also, anybody think Isaac Luke is a smokey? Not sure how the Warriors are using Tevaga atm (Luke playing 80) but I can get Luke and JFH in my team this week. I was looking for gun options but I'll have to bring in an NPR to get anybody worthwhile.

I could do RFM>CS9 with money to spare. With Arrow possibility to make 200k in 2 weeks including last week CS9>Arrow practically paid for itself bar CS9 points but looks like better moves available

Smith was back to his best, but Storm were terrible, so not suer how long they'll persist with a game plan of Smith doing everything. If they aren't going to trust Croft with playmaking responsibilities, then they need to change some things around. Not sure how many games like last week you'll get.
Don't think there is any great urgency to get him back in, but if you have the cash and someone you want to ditch, why not
