Was looking at a Tigers forum & some guy went down to training yesterday but he only caught the last 10-15 minutes & the backrow was Lawrence, McQueen, ET. I can only hope that this wasn't the case for the majority of training & Eisenhuth just got a rest for the last 10-15 minutes & Cleary just chucked ET in there to try another option at lock.

Yeah Milchy told me that was the backrow a while ago. It must be pretty concrete if they had it a while ago and have kept it the same up until now

Just interested in people's opinions on who are the most important cash cows are? I understand that you probably can't get them all but of those that spring to mind for example

    Cartwright
    Watson
    Arrow
    RFM
    Garvey
    Evans
    Lodge

In what order would you place these in importance? And is there any others I may have overlooked?

I have all of them barring RFM. I haven't seen any proof that he is starting over Elliot

You can add Croker and Milne to that least as well. They're dirt cheap

I prefer Watson over Moses cos I think he'll make more cash but I think Moses will perform a bit better with goal kicking duties. I think if you're looking for an underpriced keeper between Aubusson and Leilua you won't find one. The Raiders can only go downhill without Hodgson so I wouldn't go Leilua. I'd choose the Black Widow over Leilua but come origin time, Aubusson will definitely play centre

Yeah I must say I'm biased towards Moses but I think he is a steal at his current price due to goal kicking, being the primary playmaker if the back end of 2017 is anything to go by and his big potential if we are playing well. I guess I'll just go with 2 cheapies at CTR then as nobody stands out. A potential smokey if he can hold down a spot in the team which he should in my opinion, just had injuries at the wrong time,is Peni Terepo. At 305k he could be in for some decent pay rises if given the chance. I haven't seen much of Evans but I prefer Peni over him although I know Evans wasn't bought to play reserve grade. One to keep an eye on anyway....

Spreadsheet by Milchy. It basically just uses the price change formula, magic number and spots to fill in values for price and points scored with in the formula

Hmm I didn't even see that til you mentioned that, maybe puts to bed that idea but yes I do believe he would be a good chance of keeping Matagi out of the team

I seem to remember him being very good PPM-wise in 2016. I'd prefer him in my fantasy team than Evans so hopefully he's forgiven.

    Garvey
    Lodge
    Watson
    Arrow
    Evans
    RFM
    Carty

Value for dollar has to be first priority starting the season, Carty might not even make the 17, RFM will barely make it. Evans could be good to start with and if Arrow gets the 13 (if) he will be at a good price. The top of my 3 have been given the nod to start and are all undervalued.

To be honest I'm not feeling the love for either Moses or Watson. Watson has basically no kick metres and I don't expect that to change and whilst the Knights will be better there's a good chance it takes a while for them to gel. And Moses likes a missed tackle and his average since the change wasn't that much better than his price. Both are probably undervalued, but I'm not sure by how much, and neither will reach gun status.

Before shooting down Moses id look into when the Eels switched Jennings to defend with him and see how that effected his score.

I like L Mitchell this season, i think Cronk and Tedesco around him plus the extra year of experience help him be more consistent.

Ive only been reading the forums havent looked at any prices or positions yet think ill try wait as long as possible before i fill out a team

Watching Bairstow drop an easy catch at first slip & he's wearing sun glasses. Do these cricketers who wear them do so because they want to be cool because imo wearing them is the reason Bairstow dropped the catch. I know people will answer it's because of the sun but if that's the case why don't they wear them when they bat.
