In the late 80s we didn't even own a VCR. We had some family friends who would let us borrow theirs when they went on summer holiday. Me and my brother would go nuts for Arnold Schwarzenegger action movies and the like.
Once watched Commando 7 times in one weekend.
Never owned a console of any sort as a child. Did get an Atari Lynx at one point.
Now I have a Wii, PS3 and an XBox. My kids have so much and take it all for granted.

WGMG - running out of toilet paper. As I sit here and type this I am on the toilet doing a massive steamy shit. I look across to my left and notice there is fuck all toilet paper left on the roll, probably 4-5 squares at most. The rest of the toilet paper is below the bathroom sink in the cupboard which is not within reaching distance. So now Im going to have to wait until after the last snap and waddle across the room with my pants around my ankles being careful not to trip over and knock myself out.
