Went to Doc Friday, he wrote me a referral for xrays and Emergency.  Xrays came back ok.  Gave me some anti inflammatories and Panadiene Forte and by Sunday it was feeling pretty good.  Had ultrasound yesterday which showed the inflammation but everything intact  Very Happy .  Doc reckons I probably had a nightmare and wacked it.

So I went into my FitBit pulse graph and yep, 430 Friday morning my pulse goes from 3 hours of 57 to 115.  I have 6 months of readings and that is the highest without me actually being out of bed.

    Mystery solvered!

Was it a Jason Taylor related nightmare?
    More than likely.

    lol!

I think SI might be just hearing what he wants to hear.

    Join these dots:

    - Wakes up with unexplained sore wrist
    - Pulse increases rapidly for a short period of time but SI never woke up suddenly whilst this occurred (as you would if you had a nightmare of some description)
    - Doctors suspects he merely had a whack

    Case closed.

Good to see the mystery whack job didn't cause too much harm.

Unrelated note. How is the fitbit? Going to get Mrs Cow a fitness tracker for Xmas. She's had a clip on fitbit in the past that was a bit unreliable. Going to get a wearable fitbit or a jawbone. Anyone got any feedback on them?

I can tell the difference between types of whacks because my pulse is elevated for a lot longer whilst whacking it  Very Happy

@Milchy, I've had a Charge HR for 6 months with no dramas.  Appears to be very accurate and more durable than it's predecessors.  Tremendous motivational tool.

HR seems good. The cheaper ones have dramas. Missus went through 3 in 12 months - they'd randomly drop the account, stop charging, and just generally gave me the sh*ts....

WGMG - when people stand on the right hand side on an esculator. When you drive your car on the highway you overtake on the right. When you walk on the footpath you overtake on the right. Why the fuck would the same rule not apply to an esculator. Stand on the left hand side and get the fuck out of my way bitch.

Had a similar thought yesterday.  Was pushing a shopping trolley (that in itself was a miracle) and someone came out of an aisle and turned left in front of me.  Same thought, if we were on the road you would have given way to me, instead she looked at me like I was an asshole when I didn't stop for her.

Oh it's just the worst isn't it. Or a group or family that take up a whole footpath or aisle. You've got another people around.

I treat a shopping trolley like an F1 car. Precision driving and perfect cornering. Im the type of shopper who gets in and out in the shortest time possible. Cant stand around all day window shopping and going through every thing.

    Zero lays from it.

    a) I don't wear condoms (unless they're a very easy pull)
    b) the old ladies I'm talking about are around 60/70 - more SI's age than mine.

Touch wood, I've never had anything. Which is surprising considering the slide down the bar slut ladder on some nights

One goes through as credit (your money) the other goes through as a deposit (your winnings). Annoying but understandable.

With William Hill I get it the next business day around 4pm my time.
