4 trades and a lil bit of cash in the bank. Pretty happy with my team this year, maybe have to much depth but hey it's all part of the learning curve I guess.

    Smith, Macca
    Fifi, Graham, Brom, Tolman
Podene, Mannering, Surgess, Cartwright, Taylor, Whitehead
    Cleary, Milf, JLJ, Feeney
    Aitken, BJ, Hurrell, Scott
    Munster, Teddy, Barba, Guth, Manu

Have a lot of options which at this stage probably isn't too helpful as I'm sure to make a poor choice somewhere along the line.

Tempted to use the SI strategy next year lol

LB you were ranked inside the top 1k right? You've done bloody awesome for a first year and that's still not a bad side with an ok amount of trades. Wouldn't be unhappy with that whatsoever.

Yo have a bit of depth, do you need to use the trade?
Good question. I feel like it's strengthening the starting team in the Ctrs, but maybe I could give Guth another week, or start Hurrell...

You would have seen over the last couple of months that every time I even remotely try to offer a sliver of advice in regards Centres I get it completely wrong Lol

3 trades left after that trade?  If so, that's still a reasonable number.  Just that BJ is probably no more consistent then your other options-he probably does have the higher cieling though.

Cheers archer, still in the top 1000 but just hanging on.
Second year playing but my first one with actual bye planning and giving trades a bit more thought.

Feel like I should be bringing in a big name for Tolman this week but will see how I feel tomorrow morning lol

Yeah you never can be too sure with centres. Although trade regret is always a little easier if the player is on your NPR bench than not in the team at all - at least then you don't have to burn a trade to bring them in.

I've got the feeling I'm going to empty my trades in the next couple of weeks, build some depth and try to ride this thing out...

Here's my fantastic team for the year with 2 trades left. Amazing I'm ranked 1514 because I look at some of the guys in my team and I feel like Matt Elliott hanging himself with his tie

    Smith, Rein (R)
Graham, Fifita, Surgess (R), V Leuluai (AKA John Palavi 2.0)
Gallen, Cartwright, Merrin, Bodene (R), Joseph Paulo, Liam Knight
    Hunt, Milf, Cleary (R), Feeney
    Leilua, Croker, Talakai, Copley
Teddy, Munster, Barba, C Scott, B Parker

Yeah, maybe you are crazy, but I'm thinking the same thing so count me as crazy, too. Broncos are missing a bunch of forwards and the halves haven't been real effective lately. And the Roosters haven't been THAT bad. I've tipped roosters this week.

Also there is a mock draft in the NFL thread for those keen.

No way they beat the mighty Broncos. This is the tune up game we need to kick into finals focus.

They were abysmal against us, and the Dogs will be smarting.

We will lose tomorrow, no forward pack.

    We are shot.

With both Guth & Hurrel as NPRs I reckon you've got plenty of options,
Hurrel seems to have found his stride playing 80 minutes the last 2 games with good base stats for a centre
Gutherson at 5/8 will hit a few big scores with attacking stats, and should be good for consistent 40s
