And there's no point powering them up before they evolve because they might end up with shit moves.

You'll need to try curve balls and try and hit those excellent and great throws more often.

Although they do have their own catch rate which makes it harder.

100% of my throws are curveballs - I actually find I'm a lot more accurate with them and usually get at least "nice". Still have had low CP pokemons jump out and bail on me. Fucking duduos and zubats even. Fuck them. I'm not wasting raspberries on those cunts.
