I'm probably of a generation that has a different definition of bullying to the zoomers, but arguing is not bullying. Disagreeing is not bullying, even if it's en masse. Is taking the piss bullying? Not really, and there's a lot to take the piss out of.

Not a fan of personal abuse or name-calling, but that doesn't come from Matt's antagonists, usually.

There was damn near an entire page in the last thread where one post of Matt’s was quoted with 20 people saying the exact same shit, it was unnecessary, if people post in-between starting and sending a post, the forum shows you, takes 2 seconds to look and go ‘oh, somebody else has got it covered, i don’t need to post this’

Anyway, this discussion serves to remind me, as a life-long sufferer of generalised anxiety disorder and clinical depression, that keeping an arms length between myself and this community is a healthy decision to make.

I just remembered well before meetups the mr cow offered up a pair of biographies. I met him and had a couple of beers at the Epping hotel. I can’t remember the books now.
I do remember the cow being an absolute gentleman and me giving him a bum steer about billy slayer being fit because Billy’s dad was in my ear. Slater was very much not fit.
