Well after 26 weeks of up's and downs we come to an end.
Will be interesting going through all these pages and seeing all the trades I have made, what worked out and didn't and how I can improve next year based on this info.

One thing I feel it helped me on was being accountable for my trades, only having myself to blame on any decisions I made as this was all out in the public to see here.
Also meant I was more inclined to do more research or flat out trust my gut so perhaps that is something I can take away from this exercise.

Another thing that is good to know next year is that you need to hit the ground running, some of those 50/50 gambles perhaps aren't worth it as in hindsight and they tend to bite you in the ass.
Overanalysing things doesn't help either, ie thinking Ah Mau would improve minutes which in turn would add an additional 5 points to his score , also Kane Evans, Tim Grant etc.
All it proved was these mid players were consistent at being mid, and sometimes we fall into this trap after making the same mistake over and over.
Risk it in the backs as forwards are risky, and costly to fix as well

If anything gamble on more cows as with enough cash you can get out of trouble if they fire early.
Keep a reserve as this helps bringing in that player rather than using 2 trades
Bye playing guns are worth their weight in gold, though this also means quality over quantity as you don't want to kill off the other rounds carrying 20 point bye players if trades are short
    Start and captain Cam Smith

Anyways hope everyone enjoyed the read each week, close to 10k views which is crazy for me rambling a bit and posting some screenshots of my team

    Thanks again

    Booze
