I have tried to understand the complexities of the art of Fantasy looping. I just don’t get it. Keep it simple. I don’t want to have Sloan and AKP stinking it up, so I’ll ho BMM for his DPP in desperate times. Surely AKP plays the Dolphins again soon.

Not really, I have 7 as well and I don't think they're really far fetched except Moale - my 7 are Doorey, HSS, Alamoti and Warbrick in the 17 plus Moale, Talau and AKP on my bench.

That said I do have Suaali'i in my current side who should get CTR dual so I will have at least one decent player at CTR and one at WFB (Miller) so I only play 4 250k cheapies a week (Doorey and three outside backs), or 3 if I play TMM who is currently my 18th man.

BMM might not get his dual round 1 since the Dragons won't release a team list that week, just keep that in mind. Also he could be dropped at any moment for Fuimaono or Jack Bird (if Sullivan pushes him out of 5/Cool.

That said if BMM is starting on the edge round 2 he's a fine cheapie even if he doesn't get his dual until round 6, there's so many good value EDG players you don't really need him to have dual.

I think he'll keep it, he looks like a great finisher and should do well outside Foran and Fermor. His early draw isn't bad too, playing the Tigers and Dragons in his first 2 games, though Storm in round 3 isn't ideal (though if Ieremia beats Warbrick to the right wing spot then he might be fine anyway)

And how many points will he score when he doesn't get a hattrick of tries?

    .

One of the problem with that is that you will often have to play at least one of Moale/Talau/AKP. And that is likely going to be a big drop in points from whomever they are replacing

And if any of them get dropped or injured (and the more cheapies you have, the more likely one of them isn't playing in any week) its going to be be hard to find a replacement

Use the excuse a mod gets added to each league to set it up which pushes high performers like yourself into lower leagues.

Your just lucky not everyone came back this year.

I think it was confirmed that Dragons won't be eligible for DPP updates. NRL guy (Paulie maybe?) via Talking League podcast I think I heard that through.

    True, true.

I'm happy to run dogshit at centre though, and Warbrick at WFB3 should be fine. Doorey at 18 fine to play as required for as long as he holds his spot.

I hit delete though on TLT. And then add in must haves, and then build from the cheapies up. The cheapies are either there or they're not. Up to the individual to decide which cheapies are legit and which ones are traps (probably most of them). Spending an extra 80k doesn't always guarantee increased success though..

It certainly doesn't, but it is easier to move on a TMM or Thompson than it is a AKP or HSS (unless you're holding back plenty of bank)

I would only have to play one of Moale/Talau/AKP if I have two injuries or byes in the same week, as they are my 19-21 right now (TMM at 18). That would be round 3 and 4 (Garner + Cleary and Cheese + Suaali'i having byes), but aside from Suaali'i all those guys are highly owned so everyone else will have the same problem. That said I have thought of leaving Garner out given how poor he looked in the trial.

Also I don't have Sloan or BMM in my side, so if one of my cheapies goes down I'd be looking at one of those two as a replacement, or maybe Soni Luke if he does start getting more mins.

That said if my guys don't get named for TLT in round 1 (e.g. HSS doesn't get named on the wing and thus doesn't get his dual) then I may need to give up Tapine or Haas for someone cheaper to raise money.

Has averaged 50 in the past at prop (mostly before 4pt offloads but 3pt TBs)

Thinking about it as can use Turbo as a fallback after bye if Turbo goes well

I know to not look into Trials to much for premiums.

But is there any reason why Burton KM was soo low and shared around.

Hynes Cleary Douehi etc... at least racked up 200 KM and were head and shoulder above anyone else in the team.

The bulldogs appeared to split it 3 ways.
