Thinking of losing Tago and putting Aitken in CTR. What's point of wasting EDG spot

Erin Clark seems to have a lower scoring rate but better long term JS.

I'm going to bank on him being this years Croker.... (Clark that is)

Also with @stormtroopers analysis on A.Fifi referencing a sack of potatoes has he created a new class of player? Spudgun rather than a subgun?

I am getting pretty set on my squad, just concerned about Papy.

If he is out, I am out of options, as I already have Burton and Lolo in my team, who would have been the obvious replacements in late playing teams.

Papy seems pretty injury prone, gets leg injuries regularly and has the likely HIA issue that may also impact his season.

Feel like taking a gamble (see what I did there) on Walters. His five-eighth scores aren't terrible and I have a feeling he won the spot. No sign of Gamble anywhere and he isn't on the casualty ward? Think Kev gives the gig to his son long term.

Also chucked Coates in my team as hopefully he can pick up a hattrick against the Tigers and spark a big cash influx.

Pretty sure Gamble is out through Covid/Return from Covid protocols.

I can see a bit of merit not starting with Papi. Under an injury cloud, not kicking goals. You'd prob want to get him for rd 4 vs dogs.
Before the trials I was keen on CNK as a value pick. He's back on the radar now. If Savage takes his spot in a few weeks its an easy swap

1st proper team of 2022 which I'm happy-ish about, 121k leftover. Can't wait to change it every 15 minutes for the next day or so.

    Randall
    Haas Uto Bully
    DFifi Tuilagi
    Moses Schneider
    Burton Aitken
    Papy Crichton Paulo

    Clifford Ilias Clark Nanai
    JKing Leniu* Coates Roberts**

    * BELIEVE!
** yeah nah, I'll take him out (probably). Originally had 3-4 different players trying to squeeze an extra gun, and forgot to update #21.

Not sure on C and VC tbh, it's hard when you can't pick Cleary every week.

Other main concern is lack of WFB strength - only Papy as a gun If he's out Coates starts and upgrading Clark/JKing to someone like Lolo/Pangai. But then would have a very rubbish back 3 in R2. Have done teams with Hynes to mitigate, but not that keen on him. Ponga was the other one was looking at.

Are many going with 2 of the OOP expensive CTRs? (Lol draft above posted has it as I'm typing)

I like how it looks at the moment, but not sure where to spend money if I do downgrade to a Penisini unless it's upgrading a mid-ranger like Stefano to a genuine gun (DCE/Fifita)

Bird (50-55) + Stefano (50-55) VS DCE/Fifita (65) + Penisini (35) pretty much ends at the same result

He's a close contact so hasn't necessarily caught it. Should just be the one game at this stage.

I'm 99% going Burton and Aitken with Tago as an EMG.
I just think there is enough value in both of them and want them in my squad.

There's definitely an argument either way.

I have faith in you for Fantasy Fantasy my double expensive CTR friend Razz

Moses is an interesting pick though, he gets hammered by the KM decrease (& even has 2.3 TBs average) but role isn't really changing whereas a Hunt/Hynes/CWalker/Sexton around that price feel like there's more upside?
