Just throwing up my bunch of degenerates (post trades)

    Cook (c)
    Fifita Haas
    Murray Arrow Taumalolo
    Reynolds Wighton
    Xerri Nikora
    Tedesco CNK Ponga

    Smith Rein Mahoney Taupau
    Young Martin Dearden Lomax

Nothing planned for next week. Hopefully lucky with injuries and team lists etc so I can bank a couple of trades.

Do I bring in teddy or Wighton? Team below: reasons I’m considering Wighton, plays 12 (assuming doesn’t make SOO, extra money allows me to go lawore to tolo next week. Dpp.

    Cook
    Fifita, Vaughan
    Murray, arrow, kikau (boo)
    Arey, Morgan
    Xerri, nikora
    Rts, ponga, cnk

    Rein, haas, mahoony, lawrie

    Carty, sivo, Mikaele, young

I agree with grabbing Teddy as well. Like yes you get Round 12 player but it will either cost you another trade or you average 20-30 points a game less for the season. But could you just grab Cleary? Wighton has been scoring consistently lately and decently but he hasn't scored more than 50 points without a try. So if they dry up he gets 30-45 points and is tragic.

See i hate seeing this, because I am trading this week and my team just feels 2-3 trades behind you compared to final team list. Like I want Taumalolo in my squad, I am getting Smith this week.

If I don't bring Taupau in this week I could potentially do it before round 12 for Xerri/Lomax

This will be a really tight vote I think

I ended up going for the Taupau option. Going for the points plus there are still some niggling job security concerns with the cows this week. A nice $212k cow might pop up anyway through the byes/origin - we don't need them all at this point.

I've looked at the Garrick to Martin trade myself but I think I'm going to want to play him v Titans next week (over Xerri v Lafai, Lomax v JMorris) and then he plays in R12 v Panthers (against To'o). I also want to see how Garrick plays with Walker as his CTR partner (and if he keeps GK over Walker). So given I'm playing Garrick in 2 games of next 3 I'm probably going to take a look at Martin this week and maybe trade him in for Xerri next week (however this is one week closer to Yeo returning, although Penrith 2RFs are made of glass)

You did ask what bad things could happen. And sure, the link isn’t really perfectly clear (Young name, young people like lollipops and, apparently, raspberry drool). But we can’t argue that the realisation is pretty unpleasant.

Genuinely our team differences at this stage. Cartwright = Taumalolo (Which may happen next week for me.) Wighton = Morgan (I think Wighton may still be a trade, but they are about the same in my books) Martin = W. Kennedy (Well I fucking lose this one.)

What is your rank? Like I don't see how I can physically outrank you this season. Which is demoralising because you are closer to your complete team than I am. How much cash and trades do you have left? Who do you plan on bringing into your team?

Not much talk about Brian To'o.

People are expecting Mansour to come back in even if To'o plays well too?

Good question. If no one has it archived then MTB’s site or Rugby League Project might be worth going back to last year with.

I can't remember any. Had picked up Fonua and Cogger around Rnd 10 for Bye only but they were not at base price , less than $300k from memory.

I'm now leaning towards spending 400K to get Ted for Lomax but I can't help but think it's a bit silly getting him so close to Origin.  Really want to hold Burns but could trade him or Xerri instead.  Playing Lomax this week is scaring me.

Just have the feeling that if we are looking for Rd12 points it would be better to bring in two Rd12 cows who are base price. 130k is a lot of money saved.

But I guess waiting for 2 weeks to see what happens doesn't help my team at all.
