Am I looking at this wrong?

Is the prize pool going on the end of the year league standings? 1,2 and 3 and then a prize to the highest weekly?

Fuck! I was looking at Thickshakes H2H league all this time thinking i was smashing it!!

Sorry my bro - the league was just an extra. The cash comp is for overall points.

Current top 3 are:
Verbal
R n T
Thickshake

although there's only 200 points separating 3rd to most other teams! So many people (if not everyone) still in the hunt for a podium finish Id say.

I like that we have the H2H league running as well as that is the only place to see how scores are progressing through the round. The Group doesn't update until lock out is lifted. I'm 4-3 in the H2H, boo!

Yup you are right - its the only way to get live scoring of every team and to see what trades people have made for the week (if you track that kind of thing).

I've not once looked at the staring for the H2H league though - will check it out now.

Edit: haha Im 3 and 4 and running in 8th equal along with 5 other teams

I've wasted some time on some D research. Thats Defence, not dick. I save that for the weekend.

How many trades you saved mate? I saw you mention it earlier. My strategy in most forms of fantasy, but this one in particular is to go hard early. Last week was the first time I didnt trade twice. I suspect I'll be double trading for several more weeks to come too lol. onset leave many for the run home though...

I was forced into looking at D options this week:
- I dont like any QBs to cash out Darnold
- Chubb & Kerryon still have money to make at RB
- Edelman still has money to make at WR. I'm upgrading Keke
- I like my TEs.... for now. Upgrades to come soon though!
- K's puke...

I didnt trade in week 2 and have single traded a couple of times. I need to bank a couple more so I can double trade every week on the run home. Very close!

Although, one of my 'banked' trades was to hold Enunwa for one more week and he scored a negative in my starting line up haha

Yeah, I think its at this point in the season where trading actually becomes more difficult.

Im still undecided on this week but like you have been considering D options. So hit and miss though!

Im not convinced it is that important to be saving trades. You get so many in this comp and we are all so close to a full team of guns. But you never know how many injuries you'll get. That being said, Im of the opinion in this comp and most other fantasy comps that I would rather take control of things when I can than have a strategy based on expecting injuries late in the season that may never eventuate!

I was a passenger at the tail end of the NRL season due to no trades. I got lucky avoiding any major issues. I'm aiming for something in the middle this time to see how that goes.
