Josh Reynolds clearly isn't value for money, he will get the gig next year when Benji retires but injuries, playing off the bench or not playing at all is a worry.

Finding it harder and harder to be excited by this team. Hopefully Madge knows what he's doing or this could be another long season.

I predict a strong start to the season, followed by a steady decline and missing out on the 8 on for and against, or by 2 points.

In my draft I did

All I know is we need to improve a lot on that effort, was super impressed with Matterson, he has bulked up and looks dangerous everytime he has the ball

I'll take the 2 points but we still look a like a work in process. I hope things get better.

I'll put on my unbias hat and say we looked to have got the 50/50 calls go our way last night which is unusual.

The thing I like most about this is the for and against. We usually have small wins then once a year get towelled up and spend the rest of the year in the negative. Keep this up and we may actually finish the year in positive territory.

It's a great start but said this last year as well, still predicting a nice 9th

I read last night that it's the first time in the club's history that the WTs have finished a round on top of the table.

Very easy start to the season with the Bulldogs and Penriff up next - very probable that the WTs opponents over the first 4 weeks will go a combined 3-13, with 2 of those wins coming against other WT opponents.

Round 5 doesn't get any harder

Hard to fathom we have never been top the ladder in 20 years. Our reserves are sitting top too so we're winning the club championship too.
