Nice to get the 2 points last night. I couldn't bring myself to watch it live and haven't seen a replay yet but its always good to get a win against the doggies.
Poor old Woodsy must be regretting his decision to move to a better team capable of winning a premiership, lol. His team is struggling and he has lost his origin jumper.
He left a team finally out of the shambles into another in deeper shambles. He'll be stuck there for 4 years whilst the bulldogs get out of their salary cap mess.
Should we try getting him back at the Tigers, not sure, I don't think we need a front rower and his asking price is too high. If we could get him at a reasonable price with the doggies paying a portion of his contract why not.

Was a frustrating game to watch @bluetige would've been less stressful had marsters had a good day with the boot.

I want another front rower but it would come down to how much of a pay cut he'd take and how much the dogs would chip in. He isn't an origin rep anymore

Kicking % of all three players - cavet on Mbye signing which looks to be done but you never know
Mbye is a career 69.5% kicker (98/141).
- Lolohea is a career 71.4% kicker (65/91).
- Marsters is a career 72.7% kicker (24/33).

Mbye has seemingly improved his goal kicking this year

Interesting. Lolohea has certainly nailed some beauties under pressure this year. Marsters seems hot and cold.

Marsters kicking percentage is boosted by having heaps of shots from in front for the first few rounds he kicked this year.
Lolohea is a better striker of the ball. If you could find kicking stats that weighted in the difficulty of the kick I am sure they would show that.

What about Marshall's kicking percentage, I'm surprised he hasn't been given the kicking tee as he was the Tigers kicker for years. I know he wasn't great but either are the ones being talked about now.

Here are some interesting statistics for when Henry Perenara referees against teams. We and Newcastle seem to reffed harshly.

The sample size is probably smallish but he is 33/41 this year (80.49%) and from a bulldogs perspective has looked a much more comfortable striker this year
obviously everyone's % this year is a bit inflated by more easy penalty goals this year but mbye has probably been converting more sideline conversions this year then out of his previous attempts where it felt like we would never convert from out wide

You are right, I have since watched a replay and wish I hadn't bothered. Their performance doesn't fill me with confidence for the rest of the year. Thank the footy gods the Bulldogs can't attack

Mbye has officially signed a 4 year deal to join Tigers effectively from 2019. No release for this year.
I would really like to see us chase a decent hooker. Liddle has got promise but so too did Cherrington before him and Luani before him and Politoni berfore him. He spends most of the time injured and when he does play he shows nothing. Lets hope we take a look at Segeyaro, he is off contract this year and has good history with Cleary.

You can see flashes of why we have persevered with Liddle, but I thought we looked great with JReyn there. Seggers wold be awesome, but I wouldn't be surprised if Cleary makes JReyn earn his pay check at Hooker going forward into next year.

We need two strong second rowers, our pack is weak in that department, no one punches the defensive line in the back rowers, our mungrel lies with packer.
And that short ball that Brooks throws to Lawrence is so dam predictable.
Someone like Coen Hess would be awesome

Anyone know the deal with Grant leaving? Please tell me it's to make room for a decent prop?

He's not contracted next year so you would hope there is a plan if we aren't re-signing
