may as well post this weeks side:

    McInnes(c) Brailey
    Musgrove Graham Mcguire Yates
JDB Gallen Crichton Surgess ET Taumalolo
    Reynolds Frown Laybutt Johnson
    Fuimaono Scott SMAT Hayne
    Munster Tedesco RTS Edwards Abbey

Hoping that Musgrove doesn't drop out. May need to rejig trades if so because it would mean he's not worth holding.

12 trades left (after trades) and 490k in the bank for upgrades. Fifita in next week, and potentially Tommy T or Taupau. Think I will hold off Smith for now.

Sucks about the Foghorn news. Looks like Laybutt might be the go.

Still concerned about needing Suli and Brailey to score a certain amount. Was going to bring Edwards this week but might roll the dice. The extra player should be worth the risk this week.

    Captaincy advice?

Undecided on the right VC/C combo between Surgess, JDB and Gal. Thinking with his fun of form Surgess has to be VC while Gallen with no Fifita or Graham seems the safer captaincy

Trying to give advice to someone else, worth spending the extra 70K for Fui over Marsters now he has the starting gig and plays an extra round? Miney not totally essential.

he will probably play decent minutes this week, but it seems like he will hang around in the tigers 17 scoring 10's after that.

Munster 18th man for Queensland in final team. When does he get released back to Melbourne if that's what happens?

they say this because Supercoach don't have a price rise til the 3rd game played.

So need some thoughts on my own team.

Everywhere but my CTR/WFB position is set and this is what i have in hand at the moment

    S. Mata'Utia, M. Aubusson (T. Fuimaono, J. Hayne)
    T. Lolohea, B. French, M. Slater (R. Tuivasa-Scheck, CTR/WFB Nuffie)

I have got 5 trades allocated and need to make around $70k from these trades. What should I do to set my backline for the end of the year?

    Option 1:

Thinking I should trade out Mata'Utia and Aubusson should be traded out. 1 for cash to Scott this week and 1 for Tom Trbojevic. It would make my starting CTR's T. Trbojevic and J. Hayne.

Then I have around $30k and French to downgrade to look at upgrading Lolohea/Slater/RTS.

The other option is I don't worry about T. Trbojevic and trade out only 1 of Aubusson/Mata'Utia for cash and keep the other for the end of the year.

I brought him in last week as a cash out.

He is far from a must have though. Will score for you this week, and maybe be in your 17 in round 19.

But other than that he'll just hang around doing nothing.

But if you need the cash then he's as good as any min price punt

But how many Supercoach players have enough trades to spare to bring him in for a couple of weeks and then trade him out again for what is probably going to be a pretty small price rise.

Its not like he is going to make a truck load. of cash either
He scored a 23 last round - its not like he is a Dylan Edwards level super scorer

I love E.T but I think if you can look at a more established gun. There are plenty in the 2RF position. With J. de Belin, P. Gallen, S. Burgess, A. Crichton, M. Taupau, J. Trbojevic, S. Mannering.

    E. Taylor has just been a little more inconsistent than these guys so I would look at the other available options first. Otherwise if you are okay with the possibility of him being a little less consistent than these guys then he is a great option to grab.

Yep you can. So see how S. Burgess scores tonight. If he scores well enough trade whoever you have on the bench for J. de Belin. (Just make sure you don't put the (R) on your 6th 2RF.
