Geez wouldn't it be funny for Farah if Madge got the sack and they replaced him with Jason Taylor

How safe is Capewell in the 17. If he gets dropped from the starting 13 will he go to the bench or drop out of the 17. Atm he's playing ctr but he has Feki & Beale as competition. Also if they decide to move Holmes to f/b then Bird would go back to ctr. So again does he go to the wing & keep out Feki & Beale or does he go to the bench or out of the 17. Anyone know how nailed Capewell will be. Thanks.

Hey danseels. J.Brom is a long-established keeper. Vaughan might be turning into a keeper this season, but it will depend on his minutes moving forward. Also, J.Brom will be a fair bit cheaper in a few weeks' time. It's a judgement call that only you can make and we will only know the correct call in hindsight.

Well I jumped 12000ish positions in overall rankings this week. Which pretty much speaks to how the first two rounds went. And that was with only 730pts for the week.

Got two trades that I think are just nice to haves with good timing, but it will strip some cash to make the Whitehead trade difficult.

Thanks, I'm pretty happy with it, I traded Siro & Suli for W'head and Slater.
Didn't want to wait another week for Whitehead for points sake, picked up Slater for a WFB boost (fingers crossed regarding his shoulder)

Looking at Latrell Mitchells 34 earlier, only broke 1 tackle? I don't have him but that seems awfully low from what I watched

Going to steal Dreamers question from SpotTheOzzie's thread, definitely hold out on Whitehead another week. He scored 50 this week, but that involved a try. Let him continue to find his feet in the 2RF, and the fact he has a breakeven of 63 means that you can watch him play one more week. Allow your cows to get closer to peaking and he should still remain around the same price if not cheaper.

    @random
Currently have brailey, Yates, fkaufusi, kbrom, siro, elgy, jacks, idris, Kelly, cotric and abbey. Too chose from for all bench spots.

I'm in no rush to start the slaughter. However I'm conscious that I might need money in the bank to make more meaningful trades later on.

Is it too soon to cull, who would you get rid of first and when? I'd be doing this to upgrade a mid ranger like smat, Wallace Cronk etc

I'll take you up on that:

How to milk enough money for the upcoming Fwd trades (Whitehead, Bodene, JBrom, McInnes etc) from this:

    Smith, Brailey
    James, Wallace, Hoare, Yates
JDB, Surgess, FKaufusi, Siro, Elliot, Yates, SMat
    Pearce, Lamb, Jacks, Field,
    Cotric, TTurbo, Kelly, Idris
    RTS, French, Slater, Suli, Hayne

Current cash in bank is $32K after this weeks trades of Slater (Moga) and Jacks (Elgey) - cost me about 20K

work out where you think the cows will peak at in price...work out where the trade ins will bottom out in price then prioritise who you want in first, be it for points or for money saving.

i.e siro should make some more cash this weekend unless he has another stinker, Whitehead should lose some more so you pay less for the trade, but if you did the trade this week Whitehead will likely get you more points this round

What do you guys think of selling Vaughan high in a draft league? I am trying to work a deal with Ryan James' owner.

Firstly I don't think S. Mata'utia will warrant an upgrade he had a poor game by his standards but as a starting CTR (Which is where you want him long term) it was good enough.

Brailey can wait until Seggy is named or he stops making money. (He has a negative breakeven so will make money even if Segeyaro is named)
    Yates has a negative BE.
Felise has a BE of 4.
    K. Bromwich has maybe one more rise in him but could be getting close to being traded out. (So in the next two weeks assuming he averages around 35 points a game.)
Elgey has a BE of 16 so should make cash for 1 or two more weeks without having a massive game.
Idris wait and see what happens with the new coach and this week.
Kelly, and Cotric can make some cash still.
    Abbey, give him a week.
Jacks is all good while starting.

So you don't necessarily have anyone you need to cash out yet as everyone is making money still, however K. Bromwich looks to be the first guy to peak in the coming weeks. Then I would look at upgrading C. Cronk. While I am not sold on J. Wallace the fact the Titans have had so many injuries have made him a decent pick up so far. With a BE of 24 he should rise in price one more week, while Cronk could very well lose a couple thousand this week.

So if you must trade I would trade out K. Bromwich and C. Cronk. Just keep in the back of your mind any extra cash you have left over will be useful for Brailey.

Is anyone concerned about Fifita? I knowhe's averaging 50 and had some dumb penalties last game but JDB is looking solid at the moment - would such a move be too sideways?
