I've been avoiding DCE based on trial comments that green was doing lots of general play kicking.
Didn't even see the games, just going off reports. But kick metres are DCE's biggest asset so not good for fantasy if he loses them

Remember to prepare your team for rolling lockout. If you have any Sharks/Broncos players make sure you have them in your starting 13(don't play Brailey over Smith obviously). Leaves a bit more flexibility with reserves for tinkering to have them locked in as starters rather than taking up a reserve spot

I feel like Dufty is going to be exactly like Evander Cummins. Tackle break machine at fullback for Dragons under 20's but too small and not good enough defensively for a first grade gig

Have jumped on the wagon that is having Brailey but not as a reserve. Still don't feel great about it but it really does improve squad depth

Any problems picking Vaughan and Peachey as PODs to start the season, don't know a lot about Vaughan but hear he is a workhorse?

How long do you think until he gets a gig? Sounds interesting...

Nobody is a bigger Paul Vaughan fan than me on these forums. He can break the line, offload and score tries. I really want him in my team, big talent.

I didnt say he wasnt a gun, just that id go with player who is cheaper and could become a gun or a straight out cash cow.

I cant see Thurston being top 3 halves this year so considering he has so much rep duty and likely to miss games id go a different way. Even if you want to stick to 2 x gun halves to start the season there are better more bye friendly options.

Thanks. Just skimmed your post at 6:30am while I was blurry eyed and thought you said Thurston wasn't a gun.

Well looks like most/all of us will be picking him so you wont be in this alone.
