Have they given any indication of the timeline for Tohu yet?

Will get Piakura's 36 with Tohu out. Not the end of the world I guess.

    Finally some good news.

A few bench games to drop Frizell's price right down not a bad outcome either.

Can't find anything yet, traded him out last night, so kind of relieved he wasn't named.

The 8 extra trades come in R20 don’t they, and not sure Matto a keeper so can sell on that bye

Not sure if I can help separating as own Matto and plan on buying Fainu

I may well end up getting both anyway, especially now with Tohu an issue.

In which case Fainu has a lower BE & waiting a week on Matto's JS wouldn't hurt, so that does help.

    Playing KPP over Armstrong

Using Russell and May to loop in the best of Armstrong/Strange

It's just good team management forgetting who Strange was playing

'Bad Guy' with apologies to Bille Eilish

    (Verse 1)
Green dot, now red, who bloody knows?
    Sleepin', while cap-tain injured! Oh!
Leakin' points while all the others grow
    Think I'm abominable
Rank drops, on all my teams, Feck you
    Don't care about Cookie says
I trade you out when I'm wanting to
    My soul? So cynical

    [Chorus]
So, I’m a League Nine guy
Like my team so much guy
    Points can't get enough guy
    Rank’s always so puffed guy
    I’m that bad type
Make Matt NZ so sad type
    Make Rab-2-1 so mad right?
Might get loose with Booze type
    I’m the bad guy
    ‘Duh’

    [Post-Chorus]
    I’m the bad guy, duh

    [Verse 2]
    I like it when I'm a troll
    I won’t say sorry coz I’m not
No mod can stop me being bold
    I’m such an animal
Ev-ery-one likes to up vote me
And if they don’t play ‘long
I’ll ask them if that Duncan
Is thumbs-up or a thumbs down

    [Chorus]
So, I’m a League Nine guy
Like my team so much guy
    Points can't get enough guy
    Rank’s always so puffed guy
    I,m that bad type
Make Matt NZ so sad type
    Make Rab-2-1 so mad right?
Might get loose with Booze type
    I’m the bad guy
    ‘Duh’

    [Post-Chorus]
    I’m the bad guy, duh
I’m only good at bein' bad, bad

    [Bridge]
I like when you get mad
I guess I'm pretty glad that I’ve a big pool
You said you don’t really like me?
I mean, I don't see really get it
But maybe it's 'cause I've a low golf handicap

    [Outro]
    I’m a bad guy
    I’m a bad guy
    Bad guy, bad guy
    I’m bad

Think I’ll keep KPP at 18 in case he only plays half the game

The KPP news means I'll probably hold off on a third trade this week. Use the Bateman money + cash to fix whatever comes out of the next two days and more Origin news.

Can't believe I traded May in for the byes lol. At least I can swap him to Koula next week. Was there any info on his injury?

OK that is a relief, keeping KPP, banked all 3 trades this week which I am happy about since I haven't banked one yet haha.

I am looping KPP and Fa'alogo but basically it will take KPP to score less than 20 to trust Fa'alogo to come in.

Take Piakura's score or loop in Armstrong? Gotta be worth the dice role against this Titans lineup right?

mrbrownstone wrote:Still going back and forth between Fainu and Matto.

    Pros for Fainu:

    - Cheaper
    - Better JS, safe as houses at least as long as Bateman's out you'd imagine and he had the spot before that anyway.
    - R16 & 19
    - No byes between 14-25 is very nice for navigating Origin
    - 6-8 points of value based on a small sample so far, with more upside than that

    Cons for Fainu:

    - Likely have to use 2 trades on him
    - Could end up not quite making enough money and not quite scoring well enough. Could see him having maybe 6 points of value which probably isn't worth the trade.
    - No R13.

    Pros for Matto:

    - More upside. Best case is he ends up a keeper. Even as a 50-70 min edge he averages 45 which is 7 points of value and probably hold-able as an 18th man.
    - R13 & 19, covers the more urgent R13 need.
    - Lower ownership - pro and a con I guess.

    Cons for Matto:

    - Don't love the R20 bye, lots of Fantasy relevant Sharks and Eels might make that tricky.
    - JS risk, does he stay starting?

Anyone wanna settle it one way or the other?

    TU: Fainu
    TD: Matto

If you had to twist my arm, I'm leaning Fainu right now just because of the Carty threat. But the upside is so much more tempting for Matto...

I think Matto will be two trades as well. I dont think Matto is a buy unless he plays 80 on the edge. I just haven't been able to pull the trigger on him

Fainu has no additional upside. If any of Carty, Lane or Hopgood get injured / suspended or Matto becomes preferred on an edge, he should be a season keeper.

Reversed Jolliffe trade, KPP to EDG, Aitken back to CTR, Talagi to 18 (red dot at 17). I can trade Bateman to Fainu I guess if Talagi has a shocker

I think that’s the max flexibility my setup allows.
