Thanks! Yeah that's a big step level change from earlier rounds. Definitely noticed it with someone like Murray who obviously scored poorly due to HIA but dropped far more than I expected.

Locked in one trade, that being Hutch to Gus. I’ll admit, that financially, I should have done this last week, but wasn’t sure on which minutes Crichton I would be getting. Only $19k left, so will definitely be letting TLT and how long certain players(Burbo/JC) are going to spend on the sidelines before I contemplate any other trades.

For my team Angus and Chester are the obvious trade ins, both could be there long term.
I'll need Chester as extra cover for the Raiders ctrs on the bye in a few weeks, I was planning to get Campbell, but the re-injury has changed those plans.

robelgordo wrote:A full list of players I think should or could get DPP, I've probably missed a few so suggestions welcome

    SHOULD
    Tom Chester WFB + CTR
Jack Wighton HLF + CTR - be hilarious if they miss this due to Souffs bye
Jye Gray HLF + oompa loompa WFB
    Alex Seyfarth MID + EDG
    Tom Eisenhuth EDG + MID
Klese Haas EDG + MID - the cheap-ish player we all missed
Chris Patolo EDG + MID - we all need more Dogs forward DPPs
    Jake Turpin HOK + MID

    COULD (and reasons)
Siosifa Talakai CTR + EDG - only if named on EDG or INT this week, and they probably won't if named INT
Stephen Crichton CTR + WFB - is he filling in for Taaffe of the legit #1 FB?
Asu Kepaoa CTR + EDG - is clearly a forward now, probably doesn't get it unless he starts there this week
Max Plath HLF + MID - this should be a no-brainer, possibly will miss it due to recent suspension
Jesse Marschke HLF + HOK - see below
Kurt Donoghue HLF + HOK - might be a half in state cup, but clearly is a bench hooker in NRL
Zach Dockar-Clay HLF + HOK - see above
Connor Watson MID + HOK or HLF??? - the man is so versatile he won't get either position
Ata Mariota MID + EDG - pretty sure he played there but was a lot of injuries to make it happen
Naufahu Whyte EDG + MID - probably don't update due to INT position, even though the role is clear
Sam McIntyre EDG + MID - as above

Probably irrelevant now, but Talagi should be get HLF dual, no?

@Weiland I purposefully brought in both Garrick, Manu and Lomax in recent weeks for the DPP, plus they goal kick and are always underrated. Origin, possibky, surely not. HIA, bad luck. Highly prized the DPP.

Initial thoughts are Burbo, Hutcho, Tatola> Stewart, Waddell, Nikora

Not sold on Nikora as I think Bateman is a better option at a very similar price

Bateman looks rubbish this season. If you're going for either I would go Nikora.

Got a feeling Iro disappears for Talakai once all the forwards are back. Chester, well, it's his to lose honestly.

For me, I need to see that Bateman is capable of a good score this year before considering him.

Might see if I can save another trade and just go Burbo/Hammer > Crichton/Walsh. Had a little kitty.

Hey mate, how do you think Welch will go starting prop ? Historically seems to score well when he gets the starting spot. And do you think he’ll keep it with kami out now ?

    Cheers !

Updated my tracker but going to post this weeks dilemma here as others will likely be in the same boat.

I have enough cash to grab any WFB, current shortlist is Ponga, Trbo and CNK, my thoughts on all 3 below, what does every else think:

Ponga has looked brilliant the last few weeks, kicks goals which helps his base and probably misses Origin with Walsh as the incumbent
Trbo has been averaging a bit less than the other big names however I feel he has been pretty close to some huge plays, plays Origin and as always is an injury concern
CNK has started the season great, no Origin however I have my doubts that his scoring is sustainable
