I might take Burbo in a centre loop to get a look at his score, potentially use Kris at centre then if Burbo doesn’t score well I can pivot to someone else besides Kris or something like that.

why is Sivo being considered as an option all of a sudden? averaged 31.3 last year, priced at 31. not exactly getting younger either

I don't think its "all of a sudden' his name has been around for as long as we've been planning the season.

Averaged 40 in 2021/2, and has a favourable draw to start this year. Other than Penrith in R2 they have some easy games om paper in the first month, so people picking Sivo are just hoping for him to get a few tries in the opening month, make a bit of cash and then upgrade sometime before the Parra bye.

I believe that people are thinking that last year was an outlier in average for him or that it may be worth gambling on him going for a run at start of year.

    2021 averaged 38.2
2022 averaged 40 (but only played 12 games)

I'm not opposed to a bottom dollar Burbo on my EMG bench to start the season

    FWIW

    Early team draft

    Lussick
    Haas, Curran, Tatola
    Blore, Wong
    Cleary, Hynes
    Iro, Strange
    Pappy, Ponga, Walsh

    Piakura, Hughes, Flanagan, Weekes,
    Burbo, Stewart, Dunster, Galvin

A bit WFB heavy at the moment and dirt cheap in the CTRs, but I don't mind it.
I probably need to consider some HOK cover, but will review options after trials

Bench looks a little light too Chewie, Hughes and Weekes won’t be touching my round 1 17 personally (they’ll unfortunately have to sneak in for byes). I think you’re gonna have to choose between Cleary and Hynes.

So Burbo runs a few lines off Brooks against a 3rd string Bunnies and suddenly he’s locked a starting spot? Seibold came out and said Schuster had had an excellent pre-season, not sure how valid this article is.

Got to feel sorry for Reyno. Trying to tell Carrigan not to be a dumb kent and ends up having to face the media. Bronies to drop out of the 8 this year Wink

There is only one solution to this.

Boot the Broncos from the comp. That includes the UK Broncos too, for having the same name.

Broncos ..... a blight on the game since 1988.

Yeah, early days, a downgrade of guns to strengthen the bench will likely be on the cards. Will need a reasonable 18 players to start the season with the weekly bye

Probably Luki to big minutes and could mean that Finefeuiaki gets a more consistent bench spot, too.

Also noticed that most games Finefeuiaki was on bench last year they had two 2nd rowers on the pine, could be a cash cow depending on how they play their bench.

Im guessing cows have offered a new deal to Finefeuiaki as well

Leilua probably dug his own grave on the Drink Driving charge.

Anyone charging a bloke for being .002% over the limit is the real criminal.
Lucy is surplus to requirements and is looking to jump to a longer contract before being pushed, win for both teams imo.
