If you want an understudy for Cook, Turpin is probably the guy you want, he's at least cheap. Croker needed a try to score 36 in 80 minutes, while Liddle played less than 80 minutes and beat that by almost 20 points just in tackles.

Yeah that's fair enough, which is why I think Turpin is the guy you want if you're after a hooker to cover Cook's byes.

Basically my thought process is that Liddle is the guy to get for Robson owners and Turpin is the guy to get for Cook/JMK owners.

Makes it hard for you in this comp given the difference in size and communities. A very small group like the Lounge will no doubt discuss the trades, whereas you are at the mercy of a majority vote of half-invested randoms.
