You don't need hooker cover when you have try scoring superstar Josh Hodgson in your team, haha! Plays 1st game the next two weeks.  I have Josh Hodgson so you can all suck on that! Very Happy

TBF Hodgson looks like someone has already sucked all of the speed out of him and he can only accelerate to a fast stroll....great for walkaway tries though sunny

I am 1k off a straight swap from Butcher to Wilton damn it.

I can't bring myself to trust either Sloan or SJ but if Doeihi is moved then maybe SJ is the best option. But it makes me feel ill.

Oh yeah I know he did. I mean TMM scored 52 without a try but I’m sure most won’t be too keen to run him this week.

Just concerned the 57 is a blip and he goes back to the high 30s low 40s

    DFifi > ARey

Seems weird, right? DFifi hasn't exactly done anything wrong. But ARey is on a roll with the bronies and DFifi is going up to Townsville, then a bye.

    Sutton > EKat

Seems he's got the edge role now? This also further covers the move of DFifi. Depending on TLT I could do Loiero to EKat. But both Loiero and Sutton are coming up to the chopping block. And EKat looks the goods baby.

I have Fifi and Ekat and want Arey maybe for Doueihi. Fifi score was disappointing score but top Titans score with 46 in 60. Maybe heat related. I think selling is bad idea

It's definitely a luxury trade. Might find another way to try and get ARey. Holding DFifi another week isn't the worst - can decide over the following bye if I want to make any big baller moves.

Trindall would still make a few more dollars with an appearance off the bench, but if hynes and moylan get through the week, hes probably got to go straight after if he plays a 10 minute utility role as suggested. If moylan got injured/dropped he probably isnt playable along side Hynes as hynes becomes the dominant playmaker as usual.

E Butcher a frustrating own so far, but hes at least got a starting spot locked up for a bit and might prove useful in the next couple of weeks.

    Hmm

I'm not selling Trindall before Hynes gets through 1 game. Imagine if his calf issue flares up first game back

My high flying start collapsed last season when I sold Fifi before his big score. I don't get how 46 in reduced minutes is sell. He's a gun you start and finish with not sell over 46 score

It's not about the 46 score, rather the upcoming two round schedule.

Cows up north - heat effected game again
    Bye

That's literally the only reason .

Looking beyond that It's not a bad draw actually, 4/7 in Queensland. You're right in saying hold.

Is the Doueihi trade talk just because he was a bit shit, or is there an injury that I missed?

Don't think one poor score is enough for me to punt him.

The fact they improved when he was punted to CTR or FB can’t remember where and Wakeham came in next to Brooks. I imagine the owners don’t want that kind of stress

Turf toe. That's why was doubt to start. After listening to NRL Physio podcast on the issue plus position shenanigans I'm very likely selling

Ah, didn't actually watch the game, didn't realise that happened.

From the look of it though, wasn't that just a forced reshuffle because Nofo went off at 51 mins? I'd be worried if it was a tactical swap, but can't imagine that's the plan every week.

Sounds like a bit like the Soni Luke thing imo, I just don't think one ~30 minute bench cameo is enough for a coach to fundamentally restructure his spine. Also, there is simply no world in which Brandon Wakeham is a better first grade 5/8 than Adam Doueihi.

Feels more like anxious fantasy coaches than anything to substantially worry about IMO.

He was both a bit shit and looked half baked (i.e. they played him when he wasn't right)...he was moved to FB and Wakeham came on at 5/8, subsequently they scored a few tries

The worry is he gets shifted to FB (as per Sheens angry, rambling presser) where he isn't worth $750k

After he was shifted they scored a few tires in a short space of time (they also fucked up just as much as they had been previously, including some braindead plays by Brooks) so people are high on a Wakeham/Brooks combo

Neither him nor Brooks looked great.

Edit : Nofo got dragged after having a shocker

    Pack I reckon this week

    DSF
    Cook
    Tom
    Keaon
    Chee Kam
    Murray

    Moale
    Host
    Jed
    Duncan

Tatola out a few weeks MCL. Also rumour Arrow has re injured his hammy again. Also no Shaq, Sele, Havil and Knight so 6 middles out.

Ah, Nofo getting dragged changes things slightly, I assumed it was an injury forced reshuffle having not seen the game. Interesting. I guess TLT will reveal more, a straight swap to SJ/Burton is on the cards I guess if Doueihi is moved.

Tigers confirmed it was a tactical swap and Nofo wasn't injured.

Given how much the Tigers improved once Wakeham came on, I wouldn't be surprised to see the same happen again next week (if they don't just put Wakeham straight into starting from the start)

If you believe Doueihi offers more in the halves than Wakeham, you would have a differing view to most Tigers fans.
